8 1. After 19 December 2011 the Bank will no longer sell Visa Electron and type of bankcards. After 16 March 2012 the Bank will change Visa Electron and type of debit cards (main and supplementary cards alike) for card upon the renewal, replacement or remanufacturing of the cards, or upon their upgrading to a chip-and-pin card. If customer also has Visa Electron and type of debit cards, one of them will be changed for upon the renewal, replacement or remanufacturing of the cards, or upon upgrading to a chip-and-pin card, and the bankcard contract of the other type of card will be terminated upon expiry. In case of applying for a new debit card, bankcard contract(s) of Visa Electron and/or cards linked to the same current account will be terminated upon expiry, and bankcard(s) will be not renewed. 2. Only customers with Private Account can apply for Electron and debit cards. 3. After 15 August 2012 the Bank will no longer sell type of bankcards. After 22 October 2012 the Bank will change type of debit cards (main and supplementary cards alike) for Electron type of card upon the renewal, replacement or remanufacturing of the cards, or upon their upgrading to a chip-and-pin card. If customer also has Electron and type of debit cards, upon the renewal, replacement or remanufacturing of the cards, or upon upgrading to a chip-and-pin card bankcard, contract of card will be terminated upon expiry. 4. Travel with your card promotion If you apply for embossed debit main card (MC Standard (HUF and EUR), Visa Classic (HUF and USD)) with travel insurance in our branch or by calling the CIB24 non-stop call centre, we remit the main card s first annual fee. If you already have embossed debit main card (MC Standard, Visa Classic), and you apply for Travel with your card package, we remit your main card s annual fee for the next year. 5. With effect from 3 December 2010 the Bank will change the name of the Gold discounts) to CIB Gold (with Tensi discounts). After 3 December 2010 the Bank will no longer sell Gold type bank cards applications for Gold supplementary cards will continue to be accepted until 31 December From 3 January 2011 onwards the Bank will change Gold type debit cards (main and supplementary cards alike) for the CIB Gold card discounts) upon the renewal, replacement or remanufacturing of the cards, or upon their upgrading to a chip-and-pin card. For application of CIB Internet Card CIB Internet Bank and CIB Mobilbank Card Monitoring System is necessary. 7. The charging of the annual fee for the Bank Cards takes place annually, in the first instance upon the bank card s activation or, in the case of an inactive card, at the end of the month following the issuing of the card. When determining the time of issue, the Bank's records are definitive. The Customer is obliged to ensure the availability of funds in his/her account at the time that payment falls due. 8. The Bank debits the ATM-usage fee for abroad from other ATM in case of cash withdrawals from non HUF ATM-s in Hungary. 9. CIB Bank ATMs give out denominations of HUF and HUF , maximum 20 pieces of banknotes and maximum HUF per bankcard, considering temporary quantity of denominations and stock of banknotes of the ATM. 9 CHARGES AND COMMISSIONS Members are qualified as the part of Intesa Sanpaolo bank group: Italy-Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, Croatia-PBZ Bank, Egypt-Bank of Alexandria, Slovakia-VUB Bank, Slovenia-Banka Koper, Romania-Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, Bosnia and Herzegovina-Intesa Sanpaolo Banka, Albania-Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, Russia-KMB Bank, Serbia-Banca Intesa, Ukraine-Pravex Bank linked to debit card. If the bank receives, within one week, a copy of the report of the offence to the police, it will refund 50% of the blocking fee. May be changed at any time by the customer through CIB Internet Bank, alternatively, the customer may initiate an amendment using his/her telephone PIN by calling the CIB24 non-stop call centre at the domestic blue (local rate) number , or from abroad on +( 36-1) Limit of using bankcard is allowed to change by the customer to the maximum limit of using bankcard. The service is provided by Chartis Europe S.A. Conditions of the CIB Travel Accident Insurance are included in the General and Special Terms and Conditions of the Travel Accident Insurance, conditions of CIB Travel Guard Travel Insurance Services and Additional Extreme Sport Insurance are included in the Medium Services Rules part of the Travel Guard Travel Insurance Terms and Conditions. CIB Travel Accident Insurance is available for persons under 75 years of age, CIB Travel Guard Travel Insurance Services are available for persons under 80 years of age. Free of charge Travel Accident Insurance is terminated when the cardholder has reached the age of 75. 9
