7 Termination of the bank account: In the event of termination of the Bank Account Agreement, the cash withdrawal, bank-to-bank transfer, intrabank transfer or book transfer between the Client s own accounts of an amount less than HUF 1,000 or the equivalent in foreign currency determined based on the valid mid-rate quoted by the Bank on the day of execution by the Bank of the payment order to this effect is free of charge. 1. Requests to make cash withdrawals of HUF 1 million to HUF 10 million (USD/EUR , or in the case of other currencies traded by the Bank, up to the equivalent of USD with no lower limit) must be submitted to the Bank on the banking day preceding the day of the withdrawal, and_ requests to make cash withdrawals of over HUF 10 million (USD/EUR or the equivalent of USD in any other currency traded by the Bank) must be submitted to the Bank on the banking day preceding the day of the withdrawal by two working days, by 3 pm on Monday-Thursday and by 2 pm on Friday, either verbally (by telephone, via /in person), or in writing. If the client would like to withdraw coins above 50 pieces then the client has an announcement obligation: up to HUF the need must be announced at least 2 banking day before the withdrawal; above HUF the need must be announced in writing with the list of denomination at least 3 banking days from Monday to Thursday till 15 o clock, on Friday till 14 o clock. Special rules applicable to CIBEZZ customers under the age of 18: Only transactions that do not exceed HUF 199,500 will be performed on the account of a CIBEZZ customer under the age of 18. Transactions of a value exceeding HUF 199,500 (regardless of the currency of the transaction) will not be automatically fulfilled, and requests for such transactions may only be accepted upon presentation of an original copy of a letter of consent from the guardianship authority. 6. (These include, in the case of outgoing foreign-currency payments to destination countries that use the IBAN international bank account number format, the fee charged by the 7

8 foreign bank if the beneficiary s IBAN-format account number was indicated erroneously on, or omitted from, the payment order.) If the Customer undertakes to pay all the costs associated with the transfer, then he must ensure the availability of sufficient funds to cover such costs. The precise extent of such costs differs from bank to bank. 10.
