4 The M-Trade System Important notes International stock or index prices are highly volatile and very difficult to predict. Due to such volatility, no financial betting contract purchased in our system can be considered a safe bet. The maximum loss that may be incurred by any customer is the amount of money paid by him to the Company. Monies collected from customers are not invested in any securities, futures, currencies, derivatives or other investments, on behalf of customers. The Trade A betting contract is a forecast of a market event. You can trade on a worldwide list of major indexes and stocks, making profits on almost any market condition. All trades are unique and anonymous, they can easily be purchased, exchanged, sold or traded amongst our marketplace. Each wager is represented by a bet ticket with the following characteristics: Quote: It s the name (symbol) of the Stock or Index. Date: The expiry or closing date of a bet. Conditions: Bull Market vs. Bear Market - the market will rise up or fall down a certain level (strike) at the end of the closing date. Stake: It s the amount you re investing. You will NEVER lose more than your stake. Profit-Risk: It s the payout strength of your bet. The more Profit-Risk you take, the more payout winnings you get. Price: The amount you have paid for the trade. The Profits All bets may be traded until their closing date, when finally they are settled. At that moment BolsaQuest publishes the official market closing value and all bets are automatically classified winners and losers as a result. The winning trades retrieve the bet amount plus the profits (payout = stake + profit). These profits come from the total amount of the losing trades, proportionally to their profit-risk strength. The minimum payout for a winning bet is the bet amount, and there is no maximum fixed, the more profit-risk of a trade, the more payout. 5 Easy Betting 1-Click betting Navigate through the candlestick chart to inspect the behaviour of the selected market. You may use the zoom buttons on top or the magnifying glass to specify a zoomed area. For each candle, you ll find at the bottom a resume of the quoted values (date, open, high, low, close). The next straightforward steps will show you how to place an easy bet: 1. Select the Bet conditions Select the expiry date The last candle on the chart represents the last official closing quote, next you can find 8 vertical bars which represents next trading sessions. This area is called the 1-click betting area, move the cursor horizontally to select the date bar of your new bet, or click on the Date box on the Betting Slip to select one. Select the Strike value You are able to bet on different strikes, that means, the reference value for your bet. On the 1-click betting area, move your cursor vertically to select a strike, or click on the Strike box and pick one of your choice. Select the Condition There are two basic conditions; bullish (you bet that the market value will be equal or higher the strike) or bearish (the market value will be less than the strike). Moving your cursor vertically on the 1-click betting area, you ll see a green-up arrow or a red-down arrow, please locate the cursor at the right position, or click on the Condition box and select one. The expiry date, the strike and the condition may be set with 1-click by placing the mouse pointer correctly on the 1-click betting area and left-clicking, a second click changes the condition sign. On every left-click on the betting area, all data are copied to the betting slip automatically. 2. Select the Amount you want to Bet Now you are ready to place a bet, introduce your bet amount (stake). Please note that there are minimum and maximum stakes values depending on marketplace conditions. 3. Click on the Bet icon. Clicking on the Bet icon will take you to a bet confirmation page to ensure that all data are correct, prior to place your bet. The Forecast PROFIT-RISK The Profit-Risk strength measures the payout you ll get from a bet. The time left to expiry and the certainty of the strike level are expressed in this coefficient. The further the expiry date and the worse the strike level, the higher the profits. PAYOUT The definitive payout is calculated at the end of the closing date, but payout is calculated in real time, as a result of the payout you may get if closing right now. FORECAST METER The Forecast meter shows in real time the bull/bear volume ratio for each bet condition based on real marketplace bets. Best Bets Every time you establish a bet, the system automatically looks for the best bets for sale. These bets offer you better profit-risk and payouts, as they have been placed time ago.
