3 Page 3 BDO-I2I Executive Management Team David Keynan Founder and CEO David is heading BDO-I2I. David was a member of the Intel Capital India team since 2003, managing Intel s investments there. David has relocated to India after spending three years in Intel Capital Israel, leading Intel investments in the telecom space. David was Vice-Chairman of the Israel-India chamber of commerce. He is the first and only Israeli TiE chartered member. David earned his B.Sc. in Mathematics and Philosophy from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Sriganesh Parthasarathy Mumbai Partner A Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Sriganesh has over 30 years of experience in the IT and ITES industry and NBFC sector having set up several Companies in India. Between 1986 and 2000 he worked in senior financial positions in Citigroup India. He was a Promoter-Director of Citicorp Information Technology (now known as I-Flex) and co-founder and Honorary Treasurer of NASSCOM. As Treasurer of NASSCOM in the initial years was involved with the Government to set up regulations for the then nascent industry.

7 BDO Ziv Haft Consulting Group Management Team Udi Savithsky CPA, senior partner and the leader of the M&A and the Multinational Company. Practice of the Tel Aviv Office. Udi is responsible for the delivery of merger & acquisition advisory services to large and middle market private & public clients worldwide. Udi has more than 15 years of experience completing M&A and corporate finance transactions for clients across numerous industries, including Hi-Tech, construction, financial institutions, food, electronics, publishing, pharmaceuticals, communications, chemicals and retail. He has advised on M&A transactions in Israel, Western Europe and Eastern Europe. Udi is a certified CPA and holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion university. In addition, Udi has managed valuations of companies and businesses, due diligence and business plans in the hi-tech, industrial, retail and food and logistics sector. Furthermore Mr. Savithsky is a member in the international BDO Corporate Finance Service Group. He currently chairs the Valuation and M&A forum of BDO International. Pini Shmueli-Nissan, MA Pini holds an M.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University. Pini managed the research and consulting department of Foresight Investments & Technological Research for four years. Previously Pini headed the corporate finance division of Ernst & Young (Israel) for two years. Pini is highly experienced in economic and strategic consulting to technology industries, specifically in the telecommunications and Internet sectors. Pini has consulted to a number of local telecommunications companies such as Matav and Barak. Pini headed a number of telecommunications and Internet research projects for the Israeli Ministry of Communications, banks and other institutions. He has also consulted to a large number of technology M&As and public and private offerings. Shahar Ziv, CPA, M.Sc Shahar Ziv is a CPA and has a graduate degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance. Shahar has extensive merger and acquisition advisory experience in the industrial, Hi Tec, and real estate areas. As manager of the BDO consulting firm, he was involved in the consulting to the leading companies in the Israeli market. Shahar served as an advisor for many securities offerings on the Israeli market and was involved in planning the capital structure and recruiting investors for private and public companies. Shahar has extensive experience working with the various governmental offices in Israel (Finance Ministry, Government Companies Authority, Industry and Commerce Ministry, Transportation Ministry, Israel Lands Authority and the Tourism ministry).
