In our beautiful space, located in city center, you ll work with our chef at one of the several Italian menus listed before. At the end you have lunch served with the products of your work pm Personal Shopping Tour. A private car will lead you to Piazza Del Popolo where Personal Shopping Tour starts With our Personal Shopper you ll take a walk through the most famous streets of the centre, privately visiting the most exclusive boutiques that helped create the brand Made in Italy, new emergent stylists and the excellence of local production. Your personal guide will help you to get the most out of your precious time by making your Roman journey an unforgettable shopping experience as well as an exciting and pleasurable discovery of uncommon and secret sites of Rome pm you re back to hotel.

All cooking classes are available in English, Spanish, Italian and French. Personal Shopping Tour is also available in German and Russian. Duration: about 3 hours

6 The Traveller Vineyard The Traveller Vineyard offer you wine and olive oil tastings to learn and appreciate the best wines from Lazio and discover our traditional product. We plan for you at our space in city centre: Private guided wine tasting With our sommelier, certified by AIS (Italian Sommelier Association), you'll taste 3 of the most representative labels of wine production in Lazio, learning the secrets of sensory analysis and trying a variety of local foods and tipical products paired with wines chosen. Meditation wines, cheese and chocolate tasting A special tasting dedicated to meditation wines and its pairings with local cheese and italian artigianal chocolate production Olive Oil Tasting How about Italian Olive Oil, how to recognize it? Together we will taste five different olive oils, learning to tell the difference between oils from different regions. We ll also analyze issues like terroir, production, agriculture and how to buy and use olive oil!

Under the direction of our chefs, guests will prepare a complete roman traditional full menu while tasting the wine produced by the winery pm Lunch with the product of their works Back to the hotel This program includes: private air conditioned minivan, english speaking guide-driver, cooking class and wine tasting in italian/english/spanish. Program can be offered without private transfer.

12 The Traveller Chef Conditions Cooking classes can be arranged every day of the week to the preferred schedule It required a 72 hour notice. Courses can be attended from a minimum of two participants to a maximum of ten.
