2 Virtual collaboration in Building and Infrastructure The Building & Infrastructure world has been adopting and implementing Building Information Management as a new way of working in projects of all lifecycle phases. As an engineering concultancy company, Movares is in the midst of standardizing BIM in all processes of all project categories. This decision has a substantial impact on people, information and technology. Most important is the necessary mindshift of people: management and employees as well as clients and partners.
