6 WHO WE ARE Holly Hands is the Founder and Director of 3am Thoughts. Holly has been working in the public relations and marketing industry for over a decade. Prior to starting 3am Thoughts, Holly managed statewide, national and international integrated PR and marketing campaigns and projects in a wide variety of industries. She has worked in both agency and in-house on a variety of consumer, corporate, Government and trade accounts in Australia and the United Kingdom. Her diverse experience ranges from working in the sectors of consumer products, tourism, mass participation sporting events, hospitality (hotels, restaurants and bars), health and beauty, arts and entertainment, food and beverages, travel services, not-for-profit organisations, training corporations, aged care homes, business to business, pet food and high end luxury jewellery. Holly also lectures in public relations and advertising at Central Institute of Technology in Perth. Holly is constantly thinking outside the box, using her creative flair to ensure that the brands 3am Thoughts represent stand out from the crowd and most importantly, engage the target audience. 7 WHO WE ARE Annabel Amann is a PR Consultant at 3am Thoughts. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Public Relations) from Charles Sturt University in NSW and over a decade experience in the public relations industry, having worked across a wide range of boutique to major consumer brands. Specialising in consumer media relations and strategic planning, Annabel has worked on a number of award-winning integrated communication campaigns. She also has extensive experience in event management. Annabel has worked predominately in the FMCG, auto, health and beauty, arts and entertainment, alcohol and home & lifestyle sectors.
