Be sure to get a good night s sleep on the ferry! Your private coach will be awaiting you after you disembark. Board the bus, get comfortable and relax ahead of the journey up the North of England and into Scotland. The whole group of 90 will compete so get ready to rumble! After that, we take some free time for souvenir shopping. 13:15 13:30 Travel to the Grassmarkets Community Project (GMP) A short walk 86 Candlemaker Row, Edinburgh EH1 2QA, United Kingdom. Johnny :30 14:00 Welcome to the GMP The Grassmarket Community Project takes an innovative approach to creating community and providing sanctuary and support for participants, many of whom are amongst the most vulnerable in society. The Director of the organisation will talk to the students about the history, goals and current projects of the organisations and how they are having a positive impact on the community. 14:00 14:30 Packed lunch at GMP in the Main Hall Packed Lunch provided by the Grassmarkets Community Project Full group to eat together.

6 All food orders, including dietary requirements, to be made online via CAS Connect! at least 7 days in advance of arrival. 14:30 18:30 The Grassmarkets Project Working alongside Grassmarket Community Project staff and volunteers, students will rotate through a range of exciting activities such as Archery, Scottish Dance and Traditional Storytelling that the centre provides to the local community. A wonderful buffet banquet of delicious international cuisine.
