6 Ciudad Escolar Comfenalco (high school), Cartagena, Colombia. These student are eligible to participate in the early start program here at NSU. We currently have 45 recent graduates from there who are studying at NSU in the CAPA department. Additionally, we have an 40 more students scheduled to enroll over the next year and a half. This is one of the most promising relationships we have in Cartagena region. Visit at :

7 Corporacion Universitaria Rafael Nunez, Cartagena, Colombia. This agreement was signed in January of 2011 and is a standard exchange agreement. It covers exchange of faculty and students and also covers joint research activities. Rafael Nunez focuses primarily on medicine. Visit at :

8 Fundacion Universitaria Tecnologico Comfenalco, Cartagena, Colombia. This agreement was signed in January 2011 and is a standard exchange agreement. It covers exchange of faculty and students and also covers joint research activities. Visit at :

10 Universidad Libre, Cartagena, Colombia. This agreement was signed in January of 2012 and is a standard exchange agreement. It covers exchange of faculty and students and also covers joint research activities. It also allows for a Dual Degree Program at each institution. Every fall semester, a group of NSU students is taken to the university of Libre to present findings of a joint research project conducted with Libre students. Currently we have two Libre student participating in the Dual Degree Program at NSU. We are in the process of extending the Libre Cartagena agreement countrywide in order to cover all of the various Libre campuses around Colombia. Libre services around 40,000 students. Visit at :

11 Universidad Tecnologica de Bolivar, Cartagena, Colombia. This agreement was signed in September of 2010 and is a standard exchange agreement. It covers exchange of faculty and students and also covers joint research activities. Visit at :

13 L Universite Rennes 2, Renn, France. This agreement was signed in April of 2012 and is a standard exchange agreement. It covers exchange of faculty and students and also covers joint research activities. Visit at :

14 This agreement was signed in May of 2015 and is a standard exchange agreement. It covers exchange of faculty and students and it also covers joint research activities. Anger has the third largest travel and tourism program in the world and is also very strong in the area of engineering.

15 Pole Universitaire Leonard de Vinci (PULV), Paris, France. This agreements is a UL System agreement. During the fall semester, system schools receive 3-4 PULV students and during the spring semester, PULV invites one professor from each system school to participate in their international week activities in Paris, France.
