2 Objectives In 1989, led by Ecole Centrale Paris, 16 European Technical & Engineering Universities founded the T.I.M.E. network with the objective of: 1- Cross-sharing their best students in a double degree framework: Over 330 ECTS at least 3 semesters abroad fee waiver at host university 2- Promoting and supporting Joint products: seasonal schools shared tools and database for the community support to joint initiatives such as Erasmus Mundus 3- and more recently developing a Joint doctorate framework

3 From a pure peer-based network, T.I.M.E. evolved in 1997 to a 1901-Association with: Bye-laws Officers - In Presidency: Centrale Paris Vice-Presidency: TUM Treasurer: KTH Secretary: ULB General Secretary: Paul Crowther (staff) An Advisory Committee (3 meetings/year): 10 members (being extended to 13) renewed by 1/3 every 2 years except Centrale Paris which is a permanent member An Admission Committee: 7 members appointed by the AC A General Assembly (1/year): 54 members from 21 countries Structure
