You must decline the car rental company s Collision Damage Waiver option or similar provision. Coverage is for rentals that do not exceed 15 consecutive days within the U.S., and that do not exceed 31 consecutive days outside the U.S. To file a claim: Contact BMW-CARD to file a claim. You must report the accident immediately. Most states require you to file no later than 20 days from the date of loss. This coverage is secondary to your primary automobile insurance policy and provides coverage on an excess basis. This insurance does not provide liability 8 protection. 9

Up to $3,000 lost luggage assistance makes arrangements for shipment of replacement items if an airline or common carrier loses your checked luggage. Emergency ticket replacement service offers assistance with the carrier s ticket reimbursement procedures and delivery of new tickets. Emergency transportation arranges for emergency transportation assistance under medical supervision. Prescription assistance provides help with unanticipated prescription needs. Document Delivery arranges delivery of important documents that may have been left at home or elsewhere. Entitles you to $250,000 in travel accident insurance when you purchase travel tickets with your card. This accidental death and dismemberment coverage applies to common carrier transportation including airline, rail, bus, cruise line, etc. YEAR-END SUMMARY STATEMENT Call BMW-CARD for information about your year-end summary. Provides an outline of monthly transaction totals in categories such as travel and restaurants.
