At Booz Allen Hamilton, we take on our client s toughest missions, helping them think through their most difficult challenges. You and your teams have demonstrated similar abilities, finding winning solutions in complex situations. On behalf of all of us at Booz Allen, our Chairman and CEO Ralph Shrader and I welcome all of you to this year s College Final Four Chess Championships. This year, the Championships begin on Friday evening, April 5th at the Bethesda Country Club (BCC) with a social, dinner, and the customary drawing for colors to determine the team pairings. For your convenience, I have enclosed a map and directions to BCC. Please remember that the BCC s policies state that the gentlemen s dress code is collared shirts, with ties and nice slacks (no jeans). Equivalent attire for ladies. Also, cell phones, Ipads, etc. are not allowed in the dining area. For 2013, the Championships are being hosted at the Rockville, MD, facilities of Booz Allen Hamilton, located at One Preserve Parkway (see Enclosure). Rounds 1 and 2 will be held on Saturday, April 6th, with the final round and crowning of the 2013 National College Champion on Sunday, April 7th. By now, all of you should have booked your rooms at the Sheraton Rockville Hotel, 920 King Farm Blvd, Rockville, MD located a short distance from the playing site. Good luck in the College Final 4.
