1 Yugma SE (For Skype) is a Powerful Skype App that builds upon Skype's offerings by adding instant desktop sharing and collaboration functionality. Skype users can instantly begin sharing their computer screen with anyone, anywhere - regardless of the application, software or operating system - with Yugma SE. Yugma's integrated functionality makes it easy for Skype users to instantly web conference with their Skype contacts or non-skype contacts. Once Yugma SE is installed, it automatically recognizes your Skype Name and allows you to instantly Host or Join a Yugma meeting. You don t need to register for a Yugma account to use Yugma SE. Whether you are hosting or joining a Yugma web meeting, you can easily invite a friend or colleague from your existing Skype contact list. Teaming up Skype with Yugma SE (For Skype) gives you all the tools needed to accomplish any task required in a traditional, face-to-face meeting.

2 Get Yugma SE (from Skype Apps) IMPORTANT: Before installing Yugma SE, please ensure you have Skype installed on your system and you ve logged into your account. Visit to get the Yugma SE Skype App for Mac. Skype : On the Apps homepage, enter yugma in the search toolbar at the top of the page Skype : From the search results, select Yugma SE for Skype or Yugma SE icon

3 Get Yugma SE (from Skype Apps) Skype : On the Yugma SE (for Skype) Apps page, Click on Get it now

4 At the Yugma SE Product Page you click the Download button to the right of the Apple icon to download the application installer. Additionally, you can read more about the Yugma SE product and features on this page.

5 The Yugma SE Installer will download and appear in the Downloads window. Right click the Yugma SE-Installer and select Open. If you see this window, please click the Open button to proceed.

6 The installer will launch and proceed to install the Yugma SE Skype App.

7 During the installation, Yugma SE will attempt to connect to Skype. Please ensure the Skype application is running and you are logged in. If you see this window, please select Allow this application to use Skype.

8 Next, you ll see the Yugma SE Meeting Welcome window. In this screen you ll find: Skype Name (confirming your Skype account availability Host a Meeting and Join a Meeting buttons to immediately start using Yugma SE Skype/Yugma sync up feature if you re a Yugma user and have a Yugma User ID, you can sync your account to Yugma SE If you don t have a Yugma account (not required), you can sign up to enjoy all the instant web conferencing features of Yugma.

9 Hosting a Meeting After selecting Host a Meeting, Yugma SE will launch the Yugma control panel. Skype users that do not have a Yugma web conferencing account or have not synced Yugma SE to a Yugma account will have access the features associated with a Yugma Free Account (desktop sharing, invite up to 2 attendees, Windows & Mac compatible for Yugma SE attendees / Non Skype attendees can attend using standard Yugma or View Only Viewer). 10 Hosting a Meeting At the designated meeting time, your invited guests will join your meeting. When they arrive, you will see them in the attendee list. Sync Yugma SE to a Yugma Pro account to access real-time collaboration features that include: Real-time collaboration with white board & annotation tools, mouse & keyboard sharing and instantly changing presenters. 11 Joining a Meeting After selecting Join a Meeting, the Yugma SE control panel will launch. Under the Join tab, you will see your Display Name, Skype Name and Meeting ID. Enter your Meeting ID and click the Join button. You will then enter into your meeting where you will see the meeting host and attendees under the Attendees tab.

12 Accessing Yugma SE on Mac You can quickly locate the Yugma SE folder on your Mac by entering Yugma SE in the Search box of the Finder tool. Inside the Yugma SE folder, locate the Yugma SE icon (entitled YugmaSE ) Click and drag the Yugma SE icon to the Mac Dock location to create file shortcut or alias.
