The weight of an individual item is g. If the item exceeds the maximum dimensions, it must delivered folded (with the long side folded). Long side folded, stapled or glued. The item may not contain any attachments or covers. The cover page must be larger than or the same size as the content. Shipped items must allow machine handling

6 Mailing (bundled delivery) Items are delivered in publication cages, roll cages or pallets. There are no special requirements concerning bundling. The items must retain their machine handling capabilities. Unitizing will be made according to production direction. Possible versions sorted in units of their own. Units are equipped with a control label and a unit-specific bundle label. The customer prints control labels and bundle labels through the ordering channel.

8 Posting (bundled delivery) Posting places Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Oulu, Seinäjoki, Tampere and Turku Receipt inspection for items is carried out in Helsinki. For delivery on Monday, items must be posted on the previous week s Wednesday by 5:00 p.m. For delivery on Wednesday, items must be posted on the previous week s Thursday by 5:00 p.m. No exceptions can be granted for posting times.

9 Premium service Delivered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays with a maximum of three deliveries per postal code per day Due date delivery with delivery speed speed available as additional service Smallest ordered batch one full postal code Customers preparatory work will remain unchanged (bundling and unitizing) Delivery alternatives: allowed households, public notification, full delivery Targeted deliveries available as additional service: private houses, Finnishspeaking households, Swedish-speaking households, atarget targeting, maximum reach delivery Mailing Desktop or Contact as ordering channels The Premium services is ideal for local and targeted deliveries.

10 Premium service dimensions Minimum size 90 x 130 mm Maximum size 250 x 353 x 30 mm Maximum weight 300 g If the material exceeds the maximum dimensions, it must be submitted folded. Posti will charge an additional fee for folding items. The item may not contain any attachments.

11 Mailing Premium service The instructions of the bundling and unitizing guide must be followed in bundling and unitizing (see Unaddressed deliveries). The bundles are provided with a bundle label. A unit-specific bundle label can be used in direct delivery office units. Units are equipped with a control label. The customer can print bundle and control labels through the ordering channel.

12 Posting Premium service Posting places Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Oulu, Rovaniemi, Seinäjoki, Tampere, Turku and for small batches Posti shops and points of sale. The items should be posted to Posti s network two (2) weekdays before the delivery by 5:00 p.m. Use of the 01 speed additional service requires direct delivery departure units, and items must be left at the delivery area s postal center or an agreed terminal. Posting time at 5:00 p.m.

13 Ordering channels Ordering channels: Mailing Desktop and Kontakti Both services can be ordered from Mailing Desktop Especially suited for regular mailing ID orders: The Premium service can be ordered from Kontakti Especially suited for the planning of small and irregular batches and targeted deliveries Other ordering channels will be removed (e.g. Electronic mailing list)

14 Price model The pricing model is based on The weight of the item The delivery area (A, B and C area) Batch size Timing of the order (advance order) In future, the price of the delivery will be displayed in the ordering channel (PTP, Contact) when making the order. The price is formed on the basis of the time of order, ordered amount, delivery area and item weight. Modification charges will be charged for delivery cancellations and changes.
