Mall-goers will enjoy extended hours alfresco chill-out options at destination F&B outlets such as Shiraz and Senor Taco. Coffee lovers will be spoilt for choice at The Star Vista, with several aromatic blends brewing. Jamaica Blue will open its first outlet in South-east Asia at the mall, serving up exclusive blends such as the world-renown Wallenford Estate Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee, considered one of the world s best coffees. The café will also offer a Lite Blue range of snacks, which is low in calories and fat, but packed with exciting flavours and fresh ingredients. A familiar and well-loved brand of award-winning coffee, Owl will open its first-ever Owl Café at The Star Vista. The café will offer various blends of authentic Straits Asian-inspired coffee with Straits Asian food and desserts. 天 厨 Seafood lovers will enjoy the freshest seafood at the first Boston Seafood Diner in Singapore. Cosy and casual, the restaurant will offer the city s favourites such as New England Clam Chowder and Lobster Bisque. Koufu will operate a new concept at its 15,000 square feet food court at Level 2. The Kitchen ( ) will serve up healthier versions of both local favourites, such as home-made yong tau foo, and international delights. Diners can choose to dine alfresco amidst the lush greenery at The Star Vista. Local celebrity Pornsak will be opening a Porn s restaurant at The Star Vista. The popular F&B establishment will serve up Bangkok street food, which it describes as sexy Thai food, in a casual restaurant setting. The restaurant uses spices specially imported from Thailand and its own homegrown herbs. 2

3 Fresh Healthy Café is an American chain where every item on the menu is not just tasty, but healthy. Made fresh to order and using only natural ingredients of the highest quality, Fresh offers wraps, paninis, soups and salads. Set to be a popular chill-out destination is Senor Taco. Diners will enjoy Mexican delights such as tacos and quesadillas made with Senor Taco s own fresh tortillas. There will also be a bar featuring Singapore s widest range of premium tequila of over 70 different bottles of Mexico s favourite tipple. Opening its first outlet in the suburbs, Shiraz will offer patrons classic Persian cuisine served up with warm Persian hospitality. Diners can enjoy authentic dishes and experience unique cultural performances, such as Persian belly dancing. Cold Storage will operate a 7,000 square feet supermarket at Basement 1, offering quality fresh food and convenience. International shoe store Footin will operate its first outlet in Singapore, offering trendy and affordable shoes. Popular online fashion store Love Mi will open a physical outlet in Singapore at The Star Vista. Singapore s first naturally cooled mall A green architectural marvel An architectural landmark, The Star Vista is Singapore s first naturally cooled mall. The environmentally-friendly building s layout encourages air movement, resulting in a naturally cool environment in the common areas. This was made possible after studies on wind flow and the optimal ways to enhance air flow through The Star Vista, for the comfort of visitors. At the base of its spectacular 33-metre high Grand Foyer is a 200-seat amphitheatre and water feature, which helps cool breezes flowing through the building.
