1 ERASMUS FOR STUDY REASON APPLICATION PROCESS AND ADMISSION INFORMATION a.y. 2013/2014 The purpose of this booklet is to support the student in filling the application m online, providing inmation about the timing of and the organization of the Erasmus mobility study reason. Application Process To apply the LLP/Erasmus at Trento University, students should fill out the online application m available on our website at making sure to carefully read the Decalogue a correct Erasmus Online Application Form and to upload the documents requested bee submitting it by the deadline, 31 st May 2013 Fall/Winter term and full academic year The documents to be attached to the online Application m are: the declaration of the University issuing that the student has been selected as Erasmus student; a provisional ECTS Learning Agreement; the Transcript of Academic Records/study plan; the language certificate testifying the student s knowledge of Italian and/or English if requested; a copy of the student Identity Card or Passport; a copy of the European Health Insurance Card ( EU students) or equivalent insurance/health policy ( non EU students). Regarding the Application Form, please note that: the Italian Tax Code is not a compulsory field and thus you do not have to enter anything; the documents data requested are the ones of your Identity Card or Passport; the compulsory fields and attachments are marked by an asterisk; the application m cannot be submitted if one of the compulsory fields has not been filled out or a compulsory attachment has not been upload; the receipt has to be printed after the submit and returned to the staff international activities at the arrival; an notification is sent to the student after the application submit. Italian Course Most of the academic and exams organised by the University of Trento are in Italian. Students are theree required to have an adequate knowledge of the Italian language bee they attend the academic. Any initial Italian language course undertaken by the Erasmus students at Trento University (at whichever ) will be offered free of charge. Students interested in being pre-enrolled to one of the Italian language offered by Trento University Centre (CIAL) have to report it on the online application m. We recommend students to include the period of the Italian language course into the Erasmus studying period. Students are recommended to enrol to the Italian language course personally at CIAL Secretary s Office during the enrolment dates. Please note that the enrolment is mandatory being admitted to the Italian language and thus we recommend all the students to take into account that they have to be in Trento bee the beginning of the course. University declaration Students are requested m a declaration of the University, which testify that the student has been selected the LL/Erasmus Programme. The exact period of student s permanence at Trento University as well as the teaching area of the Erasmus Inter-institutional Agreement has to be reported in the declaration which has to be signed and stamped by the student s Sending. Please note that even if the language requirements are optional, nonetheless are recommend. 4 Extra Admission Requirements Students interested in the offered by the School of International Studies and in some offered by the School of Economics and Management should produce some extra documentation. Inmation will be given directly by the Staff International Activities. In the table below are reported the general academic requirements the School of Economics and Management and the School of International Studies.
