(1) AS 1 Disclosure of Accounting Policies The Books of account has been maintained on the basis of cash method of accounting. (2) AS-4 Contingencies Liability & Event Occurring After Balance Sheet Date : In the opinion of the of the Scheme, there are no events occurred after Balance Sheet date which have material effect either on the Balance Sheet or on Income & Expenditure account of the Scheme. () AS -6 Depreciation Accounting : Depreciation on fixed assets has not been provided. (4) AS-1 Accounting For Fixed Assets : Fixed assets are stated at cost. () AS 1 - Investment Investments are stated at the cost of acquisition. All investments of the scheme are in companies / corporation approved by charity Commissioner. B. Other Notes : (1) Amounts received as per clause VII ( B ) of the constitution at Rs./- per member, as membership subscription from each member enrolled during the year has been taken to Corpus Fund. (2) Age-wise amounts received as per clause VII ( A ) of the constitution as admission fee from each member enrolled during the year has been transferred to Reserve Fund Account fully. () Amounts received as per clause VII ( C ) ( a ) of the constitution at Rs.2/- per member as Advance Fraternity Contribution from each member enrolled during the year, has been shown as liabilities since the amounts received is in advance and is to be adjusted at Rs. /- per death per member. () Previous year figures have been regrouped and rearranged, wherever necessary to make them comparable with those of current year. (6) Amount due from members stated under the head Death Fraternity Contribution Receivable is subject to adjustment and hence its effect on Income and Expenditure account and in Balance Sheet, if any will be accounted in future.
