1 Status of Cadre Transfer Proposals On grounds of marriage S.N. Shri Dinesh Kumar A S, IAS (MT:13) Inter cadre transfer from Manipur-Tripura cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre on the ground of marriage to Ms Vijaya K, IAS (AP:13) vigilance clearance in respect of Shri Dinesh Kumar A S, IAS (MT:13) was denied for default in filing of IPR for year The officer has requested for condonation of delay which is under process in AVD-I. AVD-I has been reminded vide letter dated to expedite the vigilance status of the officer. Ms Riju Bafna, IAS (CH:14) Inter cadre transfer from Chhattisgarh cadre to Madhya Pradesh cadre on the ground of marriage to Shri Avi Prasad, IAS(MP: 14) parent cadre i.e the State Government of Chhattisgarh did not give "NOC" for proposed inter cadre transfer of Ms Riju Bafna, IAS (CG:14) to Madhya Pradesh cadre, on account of paucity of IAS officers in the cadre. The State Government of Chhattisgarh conveyed "No Objection" to inter cadre transfer of her spouse viz Shri Avi Prasad, IAS (MP:14) to Chhattisgarh, in the event of such an application being made by the concerned officer. Ms Riju Bafna, IAS (CG:14), has been informed of the above position, through LBSNAA, for further necessary action vide letter dated

A fresh representation from the officer has been received on requesting to forward her representation again to the Government of Chhattisgarh to reconsider her proposal. The same is being processed. Comments of the concerned State Governments have been sought. A letter intimating the present status of the case along with the copies of the letter(s) sent to the State Government(s) has been issued to Shri Himanshu Aggarwal, IAS (UP:14) vide letter dated Shri Varun Ranjan, IAS (UP:14) Inter cadre transfer from Uttar Pradesh cadre to Jharkhand cadre. Comments of the concerned State Governments have been sought. A letter intimating the present status of the case along with the copies of the letter(s) sent to the State Government(s) has been issued to Shri Varun Rajan, IAS (UP:14) vide letter dated

The proposal has been resubmitted to EO division with clarification on for seeking approval of competent authority. Comments of the concerned State Governments have been sought. A letter intimating the present status of the case along with the copies of the letter(s) sent to the State Government(s) has been issued to Ms Afsana Perween, IAS(JK:14) vide letter dated 3

Inter cadre transfer is not covered under the extant policy as Tamil Nadu is the home state of the officer. It has been decided to reject the proposal. Letters dated conveying the above decision to the officer and the State Government have been issued. 9. Dr (Ms) Kadambari Bhagat, IAS (NL:10) Inter cadre transfer from Nagaland cadre to Maharashtra cadre on the grounds of marriage to Shri Balkwade Shailesh Unmesh, IPS (MH:10). However the same has not been received through parent cadre of the officer and same has been sought from Government of Nagaland. As decided, a letter intimating the present status of the case along with the copies of the letter(s) has been issued to the State Government(s) and to Dr (Ms) Kadambari Bhagat, IAS (NL:10) vide letters dated Ms Nidhi, IAS (WB: 13) Inter cadre transfer from West Bengal cadre to AGMUT cadre on the grounds of marria.e to The

It has been decided that comments of the concerned State Governments may be sought under intimation to the officer. Ms Medha Roopam, IAS (AGMUT:14) Inter cadre transfer from AGMUT cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre on the grounds of marriage to Shri Manish Bansal, IAS(UP:14). 12. Shri Killu Siva Kumar Naidu, IAS (MT:11) Inter cadre transfer from Manipur-Tripura cadre to Telangana cadre on the grounds of marriage to Ms Chetana Mylabathula, IPS(TG: 1 3).
