Cycle would be as follows: Insert tube over the mandrel into the collet. Move carriage manually back to the first stop. Step on foot switch, clamp and pressure die comes in. Tube is bent to the pre-programmed angle. Mandrel retracts, clamp and pressure die opens. Operator moves the carriage manually to the next stop, the bend die returns to zero, the B axis rotates to the pre-programmed angle and the mandrel moves forward and the cycle repeats itself. Ten bends can be pre-programmed and performed in sequence. 100 programmes with ten bends each can be saved in the memory. The mandrel goes forward and the clamp and pressure die comes in. Tube is bent to the pre-programmed angle. Mandrel retracts, clamp and pressure die opens. The machine moves forward in the DBB (Y) axis, the POB (B) axis rotates and the next bend DOB (C) is made in the tube. Operator removes the bent tube from the bend die. Operator steps on the foot switch, the bend die returns to zero and the mandrel moves forward. Ten bends per component can be pre-programmed. 30 bends x 1000 parts storage optional.

The machine is supplied with the facility to program a deceleration point so that the tube is under control as it makes the length stop, guaranteeing accurate and consistent cut lengths. Machine frame and cutting head The heavy duty helical geared cutting head is mounted on a rigid machine frame. Both the cutting head and vice are easily accessible for replacing the saw blade. Length stop and discharge system The length stop is mounted on a precision rail to provide stability and accuracy. Each stop offers a graduated scale and 0.1mm fine adjustment. TIH 20 Features When the foot switch is pressed, the machine will perform workpiece clamping and cutting automatically (Convenient). The built in sawblade rises up to cut the material and also allows cutting with single or several materials simultaneously, while the operators hands stay away from the sawblade (Safety) The clamping system and cutting system are controlled by their respective pneumatic cylinders. This design allows for independent adjustment of the cutting speed and clamping speed.
