2 Two Locations to Enjoy! YMCA of the Rockies has two year-round conference and family reunion centers located in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains: Snow Mountain Ranch and Estes Park Center. Both locations offer meeting space with full conference services, buffet meals, catering and a multitude of recreational opportunities. Affordable lodging options are available ranging from hotel-style rooms with private baths to large retreat cabins complete with kitchens, fireplaces, dining rooms and living rooms. Snow Mountain Ranch Just a short distance from Winter Park, Colorado, Snow Mountain Ranch s comfortable cabins and lodge rooms host groups as large as,500. There are plenty of great winter and summer activities right on site. Experience cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on 00 kilometers of groomed trails, or sled, tube and ice skate at our Winter Fun Park. During the summer months, the fun continues with hiking, biking and horseback riding. Amazing customer service and personalized attention top off the Snow Mountain Ranch experience! Estes Park Center With Rocky Mountain National Park as a backdrop, this location can accommodate groups up to 2,500. The beautiful scenery, fun activities and friendly staff bring guests back year after year. If you are looking for something extraordinary, try one of our new lodges Longs Peak, Emerald Mountain and Rams Horn Mountain LEED certified buildings with rooms that can accommodate up to five guests. Our new Assembly Hall is a state-of-the-art conference center that can seat up to,300 with a spacious lobby and additional outdoor meeting areas. 3 FAQs Please take a few moments to read through our frequently asked questions. How are your rates structured? Family Groups in Lodge Rooms: Rates are based upon the number of adults sharing the room. Children s rates only apply to children ages 6 2 who are sharing a room with their parents. Adult/Youth Groups in Lodge Rooms: Rates are per person based upon the number of people sharing the room. Retreat Cabin rates are based on a per-cabin, per-night fee. If attendees are staying off-site, a $5 per day/adult charge will be added to your reservation. Taxes are not included in rates. Rates are subject to change without notice. Discounted rates are available. Please see the rates calendars on pages 6 and. Do you offer a meal plan? Yes, our Lodge Room guests are enrolled in an American Plan (AP) which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. A Modified American Plan (MAP) including breakfast and dinner is also available. Three all-you-can-eat buffet meals are served daily in our dining rooms. Please ask your Group Sales Representative for details. How do I claim sales tax exemption? If you wish to claim sales tax exemption, please return the completed tax-exemption form supplied in your planning guide prior to arrival. You will receive your planning guide with your contract or shortly after. How do I reserve meeting space? Meeting room size is based on theater-style seating, number of overnight guests, availability and specific group needs. To reserve meeting space, a written request must be submitted to the Conference Office in advance. Audio/Visual equipment and refreshments are available for an additional fee. Breakout rooms are available. Space is based on availability and fees may apply. What is a guarantee date? Reporting the final number of guests and rooms to the Conference Office is the responsibility of the group leader. This final guarantee date is 60 days prior to your arrival. Guidelines for reporting the guaranteed number of rooms/cabins/nights will be outlined in your contract. What is your cancellation policy? Deposits are partially refundable if the cancellation is made prior to the cancel date stated in your contract. Cancellations made after the cancel date are subject to complete forfeiture of deposits. Cancellations made after the guarantee date are subject to full payment due.
