1 Board of Supervisors County of Riverside ORDINANCE NO. 911 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE ESTABLISHING BOUNDARIES OF SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICTS OF SAID COUNTY The Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside Ordains as Follows: Section 1. SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT NO. 1 shall consist of territory in the County of Riverside included within the following described boundaries: 1. Beginning at the West one-quarter corner of Section 16, T2S, R4W, SBM; 2. Thence East along the West-East center Section lines of Sections 16 and 15 to a point of intersection with the centerline of Pigeon Pass Road; 3. Thence Southeasterly along the centerline of Pigeon Pass Rd. to a point of intersection with the Northerly city boundary line of the City of Moreno Valley as it exists today; 4. Thence Southeasterly, Westerly, Southerly, Westerly, and Southerly along the city boundary line of the City of Moreno Valley to a point feet southerly of, as measured along the West line of Section 3, T3S, R4W, from the Northwest corner of said Section 3 also being the Northeasterly point common to the City of Moreno Valley and the City of Riverside as it exists today; 5. Thence Southeasterly, Southerly, Westerly, and Southerly along said city boundary of the City of Riverside as it exists today to the Southeasterly point common to the City of Riverside and the City of Moreno Valley as it exists today said point being the intersection of the centerline of Alessandro Boulevard with the Westerly right of way line of Old 215 Frontage Road; 6. Thence Southeasterly along the Westerly right of way line of Old 215 Frontage Road also being the Westerly city boundary line of the City of Moreno Valley to a point of intersection with the centerline of Cactus Avenue; 7. Thence Westerly along the centerline of Cactus Avenue to a point of intersection with the centerline of Interstate 215; 8. Thence Southerly along the centerline of Interstate 215 to a point of intersection with the centerline of Van Buren Boulevard; 9. Thence Easterly along the centerline of Van Buren Boulevard to a point of intersection with the Easterly right of way line of Interstate 215; 10. Thence southeasterly along Westerly city boundary line of the City of Perris to a point of intersection with the centerline of Nuevo Road, also being the South line of Section 19, T4S, R3W; 12. Thence West along said South line of Section 19 and the South line of Section 24, T4S, R3W, also being the centerline of Nuevo Road to the Southeast corner of the Southwest one- quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 24, T4S, R4W; 13. Thence North to the Northeast corner of the Southwest one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of said Section 24;

Thence Northerly along said Westerly boundary line of Tract to the North line of Section 29, T4S, R6W, SBM. also being a point on the Southerly city boundary line of the City of Corona as it exists today; 4. Thence Northerly, Easterly, Northerly, Westerly, Northerly, Northeasterly, and Northwesterly along the Westerly city boundary line of the City of Temecula to the point of intersection of the centerline of Cherry Street with the boundary line of Rancho Temecula, being the southwesterly point common to the City of Temecula and the City of Murrieta as it exists today;

In establishing the boundaries of the districts, the Board also gave consideration to the following factors: (a) topography, (b) geography, (c) cohesiveness, contiguity, integrity, and compactness of territory, and (d) community of interests of the districts.
