3 Since 1896, Hotel Savoy has enjoyed a prime position on the Piazza della Repubblica, next to the Duomo and close to the Ponte Vecchio. When we restored this historic building, we were careful to maintain its original identity and understated elegance. When designing the hotel, my sister Olga Polizzi chose bathroom mosaics and crisp Italian linen to enhance the character and ambience of Florence, creating a contemporary design based on stylish simplicity. This is true of all my hotels and we like to call it the Art of Simple Luxury.
