1 PARENTS INFORMATION ISSMA STATE MARCHING BAND FINALS LUCAS OIL STADIUM NOVEMBER 7, 2015 Ticket Sales: If you did not purchase tickets through your school, you will need to get your tickets at the Lucas Oil Stadium ticket windows located at the Northeast corner, or Southeast corner of the stadium close to Capitol Avenue. The windows are on street level across from the Post Office. No tickets are sold at the entrances. Entry into the stadium will be through the North and West entrance only. Spectators who leave the stadium must receive a hand stamp only if they plan to return to the stadium later in the day. For readmission, fans will need their original ticket and a hand stamp. Fans that leave with the intention to return, and fail to get their hand stamped, will need to purchase another ticket to regain admission. Hand Stamp PASS OUTS will only be available at the NORTH ENTRANCE. (Official ISSMA-issued Director Passes or Personnel Passes do not require a hand stamp for re-entry.) Tickets are good for the whole event day. Admission will be $20.00 for adults and $18.00 for students and pre-schoolers. Babies under two years of age, carried in arms and not occupying a seat, will be admitted free. Stadium Seating: Gates will open at 9:00 am. Scholastic Champion Exhibition performances will begin at 9:25 am. There are no reserved seats for this event. All seats are open. DO NOT BLOCK LARGE SECTIONS OF SEATS FOR YOUR SCHOOL. PLAN AHEAD TO ARRIVE AS A GROUP AND SIT TOGETHER. PLEASE GIVE ALL FANS A FAIR CHANCE TO FIND THE SEAT OF THEIR CHOICE. COATS, BAGS AND OTHER PERSONAL ITEMS, LEFT IN SEATS FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME WILL BE CONFISCATED BY SECURITY. There are escalators, elevators and ramps available for reaching various levels. ACCESS TO SEATING AREAS WILL BE CLOSED DURING THE LAST TWO BANDS OF EACH CLASS, UNTIL AFTER. If you leave your seat (for restroom, etc.) during this time, you will NOT be re-admitted until after the awards for that class. Handicapped Entrances: All entrances are ADA accessible. Those utilizing the Stadium Handicapped parking lot south of the facility will be allowed entrance through the South Gate, but it is not a General Admission gate. Handicapped drop-off and pickup is available on the northeast and southwest corners of the facility. Parking: Public parking is available throughout the downtown area all lots within easy walking distance to the stadium. There will be some parking available in the Lucas Oil Stadium Parking Lot via Gate 6 on Capitol Avenue. There is a parking garage available off of West Street and south of South Street. Monumental Marathon: Due to the running of the annual Monumental Marathon, many streets in the downtown area east and north of Lucas Oil Stadium will be closed until early afternoon. It is recommended that those arriving early in the day should approach the stadium from the west or south for easiest access. Programs: Official full-color souvenir programs will be on sale throughout the stadium. Price: $5.00 each. Official ISSMA T-Shirts: Souvenir T-Shirts will be on sale in the North and West Concourse area. The price is $18.00 for small, medium, large, extra large, and XXL sizes. Cash purchase only. No checks or credit cards please. Concessions: Along with the many types of food and soft drinks sold in the stadium, you will be able to find many eateries throughout the downtown area. Don t forget, your ticket is good for all day, so you may leave the stadium and come back in as long as you have your hand stamped at the North Entrance and your ticket. Please be aware that no food or drink may be carried into the stadium for any event. Photography: Video recording is strictly prohibited. Admittance to the field is restricted to ISSMA certified photographers and event personnel. Admittance to the Press Box area is limited to official ISSMA photographers. PLEASE BE AWARE OF COPYRIGHT AND ROYALTY LEGAL ISSUES. HOME VIDEOS AND PICTURES THAT ARE DISTRIBUTED FOR SALE ARE ILLEGAL. Guests entering Lucas Oil Stadium should be advised that nothing larger than a small personal handbag, subject to inspection, may be permitted inside the stadium. Items specifically prohibited are listed below. Failure to comply with the aforementioned requirements may result in denial of admission into or expulsion from Lucas Oil Stadium. PLEASE NOTE THAT VIDEO RECORDERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INSIDE LUCAS OIL STADIUM FOR THE 2015 ISSMA MARCHING BAND FINALS. Guests are advised to arrive early for the marching band competition in order to avoid congestion at the gates. The NORTH and WEST GATES are scheduled to open at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, November 7 and the event commences at 9:25 a.m. with the Scholastic Class Champions. The Capital Improvement Board and Lucas Oil Stadium urge your cooperation and patience to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests attending these events.
