2 [3] PRE-GAME SUPPORTER PLANNING CALLS The Chicago Fire will host a conference call for each home game when a Visiting Supporter Group is expected. That call will include Club Operations, Club Security, Club Ticket Rep, League Rep, SSA and Visiting Supporter Group Rep and will take place approximately 1 week prior to the home game. 3 [6] EXEMPTED ITEMS Drums, horns, and other musical instruments Flags on PVC poles no longer than 4 feet (flags on 15 foot fiberglass telescopic pole will be inspected on a gameby-game basis) Banners, signs, flags that meet the following criteria: o Are not commercial, political, offensive, or in poor taste. o Do not unreasonably obstruct the view of the spectators outside of the supporter section, cover existing stadium signage, or present a public hazard by blocking aisles, walkways, or stairs. o Are not taped, glued, or secured using an adhesive of any kind. o Do not in any way damage the stadium walls, paint, railings, glass, or other stadium property. o Are not constructed of wood, metal, or other materials that may cause harm to others as determined by the venue/ event management. o Cannot be used as a projectile. Supporter group privileges may be suspended or revoked if there is any history of misconduct. The stadium and club may impose a limit on quantity of exempt items [7] ALCHOL POLICY Toyota Park employs approximately 125 TEAM trained staff every game day to assist with alcohol management Adult fans of age that choose to consume alcoholic beverages will do so in a responsible manner. Public intoxication is grounds for ejection from the stadium with no ticket refund. Alcohol service ends at the 75 th minute of the match. Intoxicated patrons will be denied entrance to the stadium. Alcohol from outside the stadium cannot be brought in. Any person found inside the stadium with alcohol not purchased inside TOYOTA PARK may be subject to immediate ejection with no ticket refund. 5 [11] TIFO POLICY TIFO must meet the following criteria: o Are not commercial, political, offensive, or in poor taste. o Are using inappropriate language in any form, including foul, sexist, racial, obscene or inciting messages o Violating any local or federal laws All TIFO must be checked by the club before it is brought into the venue. Any violations will be the responsibilities of both the club and the supporters and sanctions for future games may be necessary. Supporter group privileges may be suspended or revoked if there is any history of misconduct. The stadium and club may impose a limit on quantity of exempt items [12] SELF-POLICING POLICY Supporter groups are expected at all times to behave in line with stadium regulations and the MLS Fan Code of Conduct. Self-policing should always be interpreted as action they may take before the fact. Once a fan or supporter commits a breach of law, stadium regulation, or fan code of conduct it is the responsibility of the stadium authorities or the police to determine the correct course of action appropriate for the circumstances. [14] POST GAME PLANS & GATE INFORMATION (EGRESS) Section 134 and all Visiting Supporters will be held in their section at the end of the game for 15 minutes or until the assigned Stadium Security detail determines the exit pathway is clear and safe Visiting Supporters will be escorted out of the stadium through Gate F to their parking area Parking lots are closely monitored by Stadium Security after the match Parking lots close 1 hour after final whistle, all vehicles and fans must clear area Postgame, touch base with Erin Kwiatkowski with any concerns about your experience and service 5
