2 The NorSeaGroup is an independent company representing more than 10 years of experience in pipe handling. We design and develope our own gear to avoid the exposure of personnel during discharging, transport,stacking and load out of pipes. Selected Cranes and Reach Stackers will be fitted with our Hydraulic devices enabling the handling of the coated pipes from ships hold to stack Our handling procedures are based upon best practise in pipe handling to avoid injuries to personnel and material damages. We can quote fixed rates for undertaking the entire scope of work, from FOB Load port through intermediate storage to load out FOB carrier. If asked we will be happy to include the offshore transport in our scope of work. 2

4 2009 Gjøa NEW PROJECTS Gjøa is located about 40km north of the Fram field. The oil will be transported in a 55km long 16 inch diameter pipeline to Troll Oljerør. The gas will be exported in a 130km long and 28 inches diameter pipeline to Flags-transport system. Our contract with Saipem UK is to perform the transhipment, storage and load out of totally 30 shiploads comprises tonnes Nord Stream The world s largest sub sea project The twin pipelines represents a total lenght of 2440 kilometres. Our work starts in 2009 and will be concluded in Nord Stream is a gas pipeline to link Russia and the European Union via the Baltic Sea. Nord Stream will transport up to 55 billion cubic metres of gas each year. This is enough to supply more than 25 million households. 4

6 Our contract comprises the supply of pipe handling equipment, operation and management of the marshalling yards in Karlskrona and Slite, Sweden and Hanko in Finland. We have supplied pipe handling equipment and training of local employed personnel to the coating sites in both Mukran in Germany and Kotka in Finland.
