TRACK The total length is 1600 meters of which the quarter mile will be timed. It is 160 kilometres far from Budapest (the capital of Hungary), near the Tisza-Lake. 4. JURISDICTION The meeting will be held in accordance with the UEM Sporting Code, Disciplinary and Arbitration Code, Sporting Rules and these Supplementary Regulations. 5. RIDERS Participation at this meeting is restricted to persons, riding solo machines and be holders of a valid UEM European Championship Drag Bike Licence, annual or one event licence or from another CONU. 7. CLASSES The following classes, group and classes are eligible: Class Super Twin EC Class Top Fuel Bike EC Class Pro Stock Bike EC Invitation category: Funny bike UEM Cup Invitation category: Superstreet Bike 8. NUMBER OF RIDERS ALLOWED Qualification Elimination Super Twin Bike 24 8 Top Fuel Bike 24 8 Pro Stock Bike Funny bike 24 8 Superstreet ENTRIES, ENTRY FEE Application for entry must be made on the official UEM form included with these regulations. Applications must reach the organisers not later than 28th March Entry fee will be 260 and must be payed not later than on the 28 th of April in Euros for the S-Riders Kft. For entries received after 28th of March the late entry fee will be 520 in Euros. Anybody can pay with cash on the raceway. In addition an Electricity fee of 50 for providing single phase 240 volt, 13 amps will be charged to all competitors. Competitors wishing to upgrade to 3 phase 380 volt/16 amp have to request this on the entry form and will be charged an additional fee of 80. If not requested in advance on the entry form an additional fee will be incurred at the event. 10. TECHNICAL INSPECTIONS No rider or machine is permitted onto the dragstrip unless he/it has passed the technical inspections, which will be held according to the following schedule: Wednesday the 27 th of April Thursday the 28th of April Friday the 29 th of April QUALIFICATION AND ELIMINATION Free practice Thursday 28/ Qualification Friday 29/ Qualification/elimination Saturday 30/ Elimination Sunday 1/ Free practice is payable! 12. REFUELLING

2 Refuelling must be done with utmost care. Disposing of oil and fuel leftovers must be deposited at a special place designated for that purpose. Non observance may result in disqualification from the event. 13. PADDOCK SILENCE AND SPEED LIMIT Paddock silence (no competition engines running) must be respected between and every night. Speed limit in the paddock 5 mph. Non observance of any one of these rules may result in disqualification from the event. 14. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF THE MEETING The official language of the meeting will be English. 15. PUBLICITY The organiser reserves the rights to display publicity on the machines in accordance with article 60.7 of the UEM Sporting Code. 16. TRAVEL EXPENSES AND PRIZES Prizes will be paid as follows per class: Super Twins : each qualified rider EURO 505 each round win EURO 367 Top Fuel Bike : each qualified rider EURO 505 each round win EURO 367 Pro Stock Bike : each qualified rider EURO 505 each round win EURO 367 Funny Bike : each qualified rider EURO 200 each round win EURO 150 The organiser will pay an additional minimum of 750 ( 200 for Funny Bike riders) in travel compensation for foreigner competitors (riders who do not hold a licence in the event host country) who have qualified within the top ten for that class. To be eligible for prize money or Travel Expenses, each rider must pay a championship registration entry fee, of 600 ( 250 for Funny Bike riders.) The fee should be paid to the promoter/championship administrator at least 30 days before the event as per the UEM rule book. To register for the Championship please visit PRIZE GIVING A prize giving ceremony will take place at the dragstrip soonest after the expiration of the protest time on Sunday 1st May PROTESTS All protests must be made in accordance with the requirements of the UEM Disciplinary and Arbitration Code and be accompanied by a fee of Euro 130 or equivalent in pounds sterling. 19. INSURANCE By endorsing the application form for entry, the FMN of the rider certifies that the rider is insured in accordance with the UEM requirements. Third party insurance in respect of riders covering accidents occurring during the meeting including qualifications will be the responsibility of the organiser. The organiser disclaims all responsibility for damage to a motorcycle, its accessories and components arising out of an accident, fire or other cases. 20. RENUNCIATION OF ANY RECOURSE AGAINST SPORTING AUTHORITIES Apart from the requirements of the UEM Sporting code, riders by participating, renounce all rights of appeal against the organiser, his representatives or agents by arbitration or before a tribunal or any other manner not foreseen by the UEM Sporting Code for damages for which they could be liable in consequence of all acts or omissions on the part of the organiser, his officials, representatives or agents in the application of these regulations or contributed to or arising out of their actions. 21. As most of you know we have a limited area for pitting of your vehicle and we normally have to squeeze everybody in and make best of what we have. It is therefore essential that you give us your exact width and length dimensions so we can try to plan it as properly as possible, please make the effort to measure your combination so that you can give us the exact measurements, if possible we would like to receive a drawing from you. We will not guarantee a wider pit space than 5 meters and that will include your awning. Those of you who have a wider combination will not be able to use your awning at Kunmadaras Raceway and we advise you to make contact with us a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event to see if we can sort something out. For those of you that don t return this form completed in time a space of 2.5 metres wide in total will be allocated. Thank you for your help.
