Pierre-Olivier Buan, May Renault FT cast turret Musée du fort de Seclin (France) This turret is one of only 2 known of the early cast model, the second one is located at Bovington Erik Ettrup - Renault FT turret Most probably located on island of Hemnskjel (Norway) On the island of Hemnskjel were located two german coastal batteries and their artillery-group headquarter during WW2. The picture probably shows the turret mounted on a bunker for close defence of the HKAR I./975 headquarter (Håvard Hovdet)

It was discovered in 1994 on a private ground and the owner gave it to the Saint Marcel museum. It was dismounted from its original Tobruk and transferred to the museum, where it was cosmetically restored. 21 APX-R turret Port Merrien, Moëlan-sur-Mer (France) The turret was discovered in 1993 by Mr Van Meeven, a person interested in Atlantik Wall remains. It was upside-down, halfburied in the trench which allowed the access to the Tobruk, and covered with vegetation, so it was hidden for 49 years. Mr Van Meeven, helped by Moëlan townhall employees and friends of the St-Marcel Resistance Museum, took one day to save this old relic. After several hours, the turret was extracted from its hole with a 10-ton crane. It was cleaned and put on its original Tobruk. On the back of the turret were found French 1940 Tank Battalions markings, 2 red Ace of Heart on a white square. It was rebuild to house a Russian 45mm gun. Apparently, this turret comes from a R-35 that served with Romanian troops in 1945 (Petr Dolin Dolezal and Jan Loncik)
