He also advises on commercial law and corporate law matters. Experience: Acting for lenders and borrowers in various transactions involving financing for the acquisition of aircraft and the payment of pre-delivery payments. Acting for aircraft leasing company in the unwinding of a German leveraged lease structure and the simultaneous refinancing of existing debt. Ian Clark, Partner, Clark Ricketts Before becoming an aviation lawyer, Ian was a pilot and flying instructor in the Royal Air Force. During his service career, he took a law degree as an external student of London University. He joined the aviation department of the London firm of Barlow Lyde & Gilbert as an article clerk in 1983 and, after qualification, concentrated on aviation liability and insurance matters. Ian joined the aviation group of Frere Cholmeley in 1987, where he dealt with a wide range of aviation matters, advising aircraft operators, aviation insurers, financiers, maintenance companies, lessors and aircraft distributors. Ian is honorary legal advisor to the British Helicopter Association and a member of the Council of the British Business and General Aviation Association. He is also a member of the IBA Aviation Law Committee. He has also written a number of articles on aviation law and related topics and speaks regularly at aviation conferences in Europe and North America. He is closely involved in developments concerning the operating regimes affecting corporate aircraft and aircraft that are in shared ownership. He is frequently asked by clients to advise on aviation insurance coverage matters. In addition, his technical experience is particularly valuable in cases arising out of aircraft accidents. Much of his practice involves commercial transactions but a significant proportion of his work is in litigation, and international regulatory matters also feature prominently. In dealing with both commercial and litigation matters, his practical knowledge and experience as a pilot proves to be invaluable. Peter Gravesen, Area Manager, Air Support Peter Gravesen holds numerous IT educations and has 15 years of experience within IT consulting, sales and marketing. Previously Danish Air Force radar technician for 3 years succeeded by 3 years as military airport maintenance control supervisor. Works as senior consultant with focus on sales to mid-sized and large business aviation operators in all categories, special VLJ operator projects as well as upgrade projects towards existing clients. Martin Kennaugh, Manager Aviation Services, ICM Aviation Martin was born in Douglas on the Isle of Man and graduated in Economics from the University of Kent in Canterbury. He is currently completing his final exams to enter the Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators. Martin has worked in Management positions in both the retail and banking sector. He took a career break to restore his family holiday home in France before joining ICM in Martin was soon tasked with forming the ICM Aviation department and he now has a strong team of aviation administrators who help clients identify ownership issues and create offshore structures to help mitigate the impact of these.

5 ICM Aviation works closely with international banks, insurers, Civil Aviation Authorities and Isle of Man Customs & Excise. As part of the ICM group of companies, ICM Aviation also works in conjunction with colleagues at Martyn Fiddler Associates Limited, to provide clients with a full range of Customs and VAT solutions. Risto Mäeots, Director Planning and Support, Air Maintenance Estonia Risto holds diploma in aircraft maintenance and master s degree in Production Engineering. He has been in aircraft maintenance business for 6 years. Currently he is Director Planning and Support at Air Maintenance Estonia (AME), responsible for Logisitcs, Workshops, Engineering and Tooling&Facilities. AME is an EASA Part-145 Organization offering maintenance for different types of commercial aircrafts (SAAB, Embraer, Bombardier, Airbus, Boeing), including component maintenance, engineering and logistics support. Company operates two heavy maintenance hangars at Tallinn Airport. Company`s second and newest hangar was opened in September 2012 the new facility boosted company`s capacity from one heavy maintenance bay to three. Paolo Sommariva, CEO, FL3XX Paolo is the founder of FL3XX, a software startup based in Austria. FL3XX, is an online application to help business jet airlines execute the sell schedule dispatch fly process by automizing tasks and optimizing resources, in real time. FL3XX was founded in 2010 to disrupt the market by providing new generation class of software solutions, to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction, and to reduce costs and ultimately prices. Prior to FL3XX, Paolo founded the first seaplane airline service southern Italian islands and a regional airline in northern Italy. He has extensive operations, finance and technology experience, gained in large corporations such as General Electric, startups such as Virgilio.it, and Venture Capital firms such as Syntek. Paolo also actively advises companies in the fields of greentech and online services. David Velupillai, Marketing Director, Airbus Corporate Jets After gaining a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering from Bristol University in the UK in 1976, David began his career in the design office of Hawker Siddeley Aviation at Hatfield, where he worked on aircraft such as the British Aerospace 146. He joined Flight International magazine in 1978, where he became Technical Editor, reporting widely on new airliners, avionics, engines and spaceflight. In 1984 he joined the Airbus Press Department in Toulouse, where he had the opportunity to share in, and communicate on, the birth and evolution of all of the modern Airbus aircraft family. In 2006 he moved to Airbus Commercial Directorate where, today, he is involved in marketing and communicating on the company s modern airliner and corporate jet families. 7 Tallinn Airport The Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport is situated just 4 km from the city centre of Tallinn, capital of Estonia and is the largest airport in terms of facilities and traffic in Estonia. In 2012, a record of over 2,2 million passengers were handled at Tallinn Airport, which was 15% more than in Over 98% of the passengers travelled on international flights and 90% on scheduled services. Additionally, the airport handled over aircraft movements and tons of cargo. Tallinn Airport Ltd operates 5 Estonian airports and 2 airfields, regional airports in Tartu, Kuressaare, Kärdla and Pärnu handle both international and domestic traffic as well as seasonal charter operations.
