The Architects Bella Vista Resort s exclusive design is the work of Fabio Bianchi Architetto, in collaboration with A+B2 Architettura. One of Italy s foremost architects, Fabio Bianchi graduated from Politecnico di Milano, began his career at Studio Arkite, and then worked with architect Antonio Albertini. Since 1998, he has managed his own firm, planning and developing innovative architectural approaches in both the public and private sectors. Bianchi is the recipient of numerous prestigious design awards. A+B2 Architettura is a partnership of three young graduates of the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio: Federico Bianchi, Fabio Andreani and Giotto Balzarotti. Based in Como, Italy and Chiasso, Switzerland, the firm specializes in high-quality, original architectural design with a cutting-edge contemporary flair. The Contractor Francesco was born in Como in 1968 and lives on the western branch of Lake Como, where he runs his business in building construction. That s not what he calls a mere job: it is above all a great passion that grounds its origins in his early years. Very skilled, active, industrious and freestanding, he received a diploma in surveying; he started his working career as a salaried employee in a local company then he started running the business on his own; nevertheless he still keeps fond memories of that time and he still considers the first company as a guiding light and a master of life. Due to the urban morphology of the area, he acquired good experience in civil engineering and high-quality works, without forgetting the nature and the lake landscape; very often people and builders come to him and ask for advice. Nowadays - when his experience dates back more than 25 years and after running different companies - he looks ahead with confidence and commitment, but still proudly looks back to the past without forgetting the years when he rose through the ranks, working during the day and studying at night. He now runs the business with the help of his wife Claudia, who shared a great part in good and bad moments of his working career, and who helps him with public relations and the foreign market. Studio Maayan Studio Maayan is a fresh and dynamic studio which specializes in creation of virtual 3D surroundings and provides 3D graphic solutions to construction companies, architects and interior designers. With the vast knowledge and experience we hold in the real-estate 3D visualization field, we create various demonstration tools for the planning and design phases, which are an essential means for the process of sales and marketing.
