1 DOUBLE DEGREE PROGRAM LUISS-MGIMO STUDY PLAN ASSUMPTIONS: 1. Students with LUISS and MGIMO as Home University will spend their first year at MGIMO (A.Y ) and their second year (A.Y ) at LUISS;. At the end of the program, if compliant with both LUISS and MGIMO academic requirements, students will obtain both the Master of Arts in International Relations Governance and Global Affairs (issued by MGIMO) and the Laurea Magistrale in International Relations Major in European Studies or Global Studies (issued by LUISS); 3. Each academic year LUISS and MGIMO will exchange up to students in each direction ( with MGIMO as Home University and with LUISS as Home University);. Each institution identifies an academic Delegate for this Programme: for LUISS, professor Elena Sciso, for MGIMO, Dr Igor A. Istomin;. Thesis: a. Students are assigned a supervisor from each university; b. The Master Degree Project / Final Thesis is considered an individual work; c. Students will present their project at LUISS and attend a formal oral defense in Rome, with the presence of a MGIMO supervisor..
