7 Mobility plan initiatives (1) For all employees, Belgacom Encourage use of public transport; Encourage use of bikes (Bike to Work, Villo!, ); Encourage use of video/phone conference For certain categories: Satellite working Home working (as from 2014) Slide 7

8 Mobility plan initiatives (2) For employees without a company car, Belgacom stimulates the use of bikes and public transportation for home-work travel through full reimbursement of subscriptions, incl. third party payment agreement payment of a bike allowance, i.e. 0,20 per kilometer facilities for bike users such as bicycle shed and showers For employees with a company car, Belgacom has introduced a mobility budget in 2009 to offer the possibility to employees to combine the company car with public transportation: Encourage use of electrical/hybrid car the plan is limited to mobility purposes, i.e. no cash out possible the choices are made once a year through a SAP self service tool the subscription takes place on a voluntary basis Slide 8

11 Mobility Budget Concept - IN In order to calculate the mobility budget of each employee, the mobility advantages are being estimated based upon below formula : Car budget * = monthly car budget difference x 12 months Parking access = /year Fuel card = [125% x (home-work kms) x (price of 2 nd class subscription NMBS)] + [( private/professional kms) x 6,5l/100kms x diesel price] * Car budget choice can only be made during lease renewal (every 4 years) Slide 11
