Where do I go to join the MyJPS Rewards Programme? Ans.) MyJPS Rewards members are determined from a pre-qualified list of customers. To learn more about how to qualify, visit or myjpsrewards@jpsco.com. 3. Why participate in the MyJPS Rewards Programme? Ans.) Membership in the MyJPS Rewards Programme offers you exclusive benefits, special discounts and deals through the JPS EStore and other JPS Merchant Partners island wide.. 4. Why has JPS implemented the MyJPS Rewards Programme? Ans.) We value your choice to make us your energy solutions provider; membership in the MyJPS rewards programme is our way of thanking you for consistently paying your bills in full and on time. 5. How do I earn benefits from this Programme? Ans.) Pay your bill in full and on time each month that s it! 6. I am a JPS employee and I have an account in my name. Can I participate in the MyJPS Rewards Programme? Ans.) Yes! JPS Employees are eligible to participate in the MyJPS Rewards Programme. 7. I am a JPS customer with more than one account in my name. Will I be able to participate in the MyJPS Rewards Programme with them all? 2 8. How do I check and track my MyJPS Rewards account? Ans.) Members can visit and enter their membership card number to view the benefits available to them. 9. Once I agree to participate in the program and receive my MyJPS Rewards card, will I have immediate access to benefits?? Ans.) Yes. Cardholders have immediate access to rewards from participating merchants. 10. How do I find out about special offers and promotions under the MyJPS Rewards Programme? Ans.) Once you are a member of the Programme you will receive s with information about rewards and promotions available to you. You can also access special offers and promotions by visiting and entering your membership card number. 11. I am a MyJPS Rewards Member, and my JPS supply was recently disconnected, how will that impact my membership? Ans.) MyJPS Rewards Members whose accounts are disconnected once within 3 months will receive a warning . Subsequent disconnections within the same period will cause the member to be bumped down to the tier below the one they are currently assigned. They will no longer receive communications related to that tier. Once the account regularizes (i.e. the customer pays in-full and on-time for at least three months consecutively), the member will be reinstated automatically and s will resume. 12. What should I do if I have problems signing in to the MyJPS Rewards webpage or have a question about MyJPS Rewards? Ans.) 3 13. Can I access my JPS electricity account(s) through the MyJPS Rewards online site? Ans.) JPS accounts cannot be accessed via MyJPS Rewards webpage. However you can <remove however> register for MyJPS via where you will be able to access your account(s), as well as pay your bill. 14. Where can I view the entire selection of MyJPS Rewards Partner Merchants? Ans.) Visit for details on special deals and discounts at participating merchants. 15. Can I exchange an item(s) purchased from one of the JPS Partner Merchants using my discount received as a MyJPS Rewards Member? Ans.) Terms and Conditions governing refund and exchange of items/services procured from merchants, differ from merchant to merchant and are at the sole discretion of each merchant. 16. Who is eligible to participate in the MyJPS Rewards Programme? Ans.) All individual Rate 10 residential customers (companies, associates, groups etc. are not eligible) who have been paying their bills in full and ontime consecutively for at least three months, and are an E-bill customer, are eligible to participate in the MyJPS Rewards Programme. 17. Is there a fee to participate in the MyJPS Rewards Programme? Ans.) There are no fees associated with participating in the MyJPS Rewards Programme. 18. Why should I complete a member profile form? Ans.) We want to get to know you better so we can improve the rewards we offer you. Please help us to keep your records up to date so you have the best possible experience with the programme. 19. When are MyJPS Rewards advised? Ans.) Updates on new and existing rewards and promotions will be ed to you each month. You can also access this information via

There are 2 tiers of rewards for the pilot of MyJPS Rewards. Consequtive on time and in full payments allow members to move up in rank which unlocks even more rewards. Tiers Payments Bronze In-full and on-time Payment for three consecutive months Silver In-full and on-time Payment for three additional consecutive months Gold In-full and on-time Payment for three additional consecutive months Platinum In-full and on-time Payment for three additional consecutive months Platinum+ In-full and on-time payment for twelve consecutive months 22. <REMOVE> How do I advance from one tier to the next? Ans.) Members can advance to other tiers by continuing to pay their bills on-time and in-full. Tier advancement and demotions are done quarterly. 23. Do MyJPS Rewards carry over from month to month? Ans.) Each MyJPS Reward comes with its own expiration date which is clearly explained on our website. 24. What if I lose my MYJPS Rewards Card? Ans.) Contact the Customer Care Centre at to report missing or stolen cards and a replacement will be dispatched to you. 25. How do I redeem my rewards? Ans.) Rewards can be redeemed by displaying your MyJPS Rewards card at JPS Partner Merchant location(s). 26. How do I change my profile information? Ans.) Members can change their profile information by clicking here. 27. What if I lose my Membership card? Ans.) If you lose your membership card simply fill out the lost card form (CLICK HERE) or us at myjpsrewards@jpsco.com. Your card will be

5 replaced in 30 days for FREE! Your replacement card can be collected at your Parish Office from the Customer Service desk there. 28. Can I use my MyJPS Rewards with other coupons? Ans.) This will be at the sole discretion of our JPS Partner Merchants. Please enquire when you make your purchase.
