1 Paying your FNB Credit Card account is as easy as setting up a monthly intelligent Debit Order. Auto Payment Solution The credit card safety net! Have the convenience of having your credit card account paid automatically on time, every time. The Auto Payment Solution works with a 'built in' calculator which takes into account any pre-payments, and deducts these amounts from the required debit order amount. Credit card clients can select one of six convenient Auto Payment Solutions which will be applied monthly to pay your account on a selected date as chosen by you: Full Straight Account Balance Pay the full outstanding straight facility balance on your credit card Fixed Amount Allows you to pay a fixed amount of your choice. (Please note that this amount cannot be less than the minimum amount owed) Full Amount Settles the full outstanding balance including your budget instalment(s) for the relevant month Full Straight Statement Balance Settles the full amount outstanding on the straight facility as indicated on your statement Minimum Payment Amount Due Only the minimum amount outstanding on your account is deducted 5% of your full outstanding balance Percentage Payment This option allows you to select what percentage of your outstanding balance you would like to be processed every month, this amount can be anything from 5-100% Easy steps to set up an Auto Payment Solution: Log on to your Internet Banking profile and click on My Bank Account, then My Accounts Select the relevant credit card and click on Settings Click on Auto Payment Solution and select your Auto Payment Option You will then be required to enter the account details from which you want to make the payment A confirmation screen will pop up, click on Confirm and then Finish Or Call the number on the back of your credit card and you will be asked to provide us with the following information (If you are paying from an FNB account you will not need all the information indicated below) - Bank name, branch name, branch code, account type, bank account number, name and surname - Your FNB Credit Card account number (16 digits) - Payment option, i.e. amount you wish to be debited monthly (Full Straight Account Balance, Full Amount, Fixed Amount, Full Straight Statement Balance, Minimum Payment Amount Due, Percentage Payment) - A cancelled cheque / Bank Statement On the payment due date, your amount payable (as per the payment option you have selected) will automatically be deducted from your bank account and your credit card will be credited subject to one day "uncleared effects".

Online Banking Make your credit card payments via FNB Online Banking from the convenience of your home or office, any time you want. FNB Online Banking has a range of banking services that are accessible over the Internet for you to make payments at your convenience. Please Note: You will need to be registered for Internet Banking at the relevant Financial Institution if you are making a payment from another bank. Below are step by step instructions on how you can make a payment via the respective Financial Institutions. Paying from an FNB Account: Log on to your Internet Banking profile and click on the Transfer tab If it is not already selected, click on the Between Accounts sub-tab Select the account that you would like to transfer the funds From Select the credit card account that you would like to transfer the funds To Enter the From Reference, this is the reference that you would like to appear on the account that you are transferring the funds from e.g. Transfer to Budget Enter the To Reference, this is the reference that you would like to appear on the account that you are transferring the funds to e.g. Bonus Enter the Amount that you would like to transfer Click on Transfer A Confirmation page will be displayed Check that the information is correct and click on Edit to make amendments if necessary Click on Confirm to proceed The results page will be displayed Click on Finish to complete the process Please call or (Platinum cardholders) for any queries and enquiries. Paying from an ABSA Account: Visit ABSA's website and log on to Internet Banking If you are registered for ABSA Internet Banking, you can load your FNB Credit Card as a beneficiary under Add Beneficiary or group Click on Payments, Add Beneficiary or Group A screen will open where you can complete the details of the beneficiary, including the beneficiary name i.e. First Card and the 16-digit card number in the account number field You can then go to Pay Beneficiary and make a payment. 3 Pay your FNB Credit Card account at any FNB Branch. Make a Deposit at any FNB Branch You can make a payment at any FNB Branch during office hours on weekdays and on Saturdays between 08h30 and 11h00. A cash payment is one of the ways you can pay your credit card account. In order to pay at an FNB Branch, you can: Complete and present a deposit slip and your cash/cheque to the teller - remember to use your 16-digit credit card number as a reference for payments, or Present your credit card and your payment to the teller Your payment will reflect (on your credit card account) within 24 hours. Please note: A cash deposit fee is charged if you pay cash into your credit card, to avoid this charge make use of the Auto Payment Solution or FNB Online Banking option.

4 How to make an additional payment to your FNB Credit Card Budget Facility via the Contact Centre. Call our Contact Centre Call our contact centre and ask them to move the payment over to your budget facility. Here is a step by step guide on how: Make the payment into your credit card account as you would for a normal payment Then contact the FNB Credit Card Contact Centre on: Classic & Gold Credit Cardholders Platinum Credit Cardholders please dial Advise the call centre agent that you would like to have the additional payment allocated to the budget facility The agent will transfer the amount to your budget facility ( you can either make a payment to the full outstanding budget amount alternatively you can make payment to a specific budget plan)

Do it Yourself with FNB Online Banking Log on to your FNB Online Banking profile and click on the Transfer Tab If is not already selected, click on the Between Accounts sub-tab Click on the Menu and select Funds to Budget in the extended menu The Funds to Budget capture page will be displayed Select the account that you would like to transfer the funds from e.g. credit card / cheque account Select the credit card account that you would like to transfer the funds to Enter the From Reference, this is the reference that you would like to appear on the account that you are transferring the funds from e.g. Transfer to Budget Enter the To Reference, this is the reference that you would like to appear on the account that you are transferring the funds to e.g. Bonus Enter the amount that you would like to transfer A list of your budget items will be displayed Click on the respective checkbox to select a specific budget item, alternatively click in the checkbox to transfer funds across all budget items Click on Transfer A confirmation page will be displayed Check that the information is correct and click on Edit to make amendments if necessary Click on Confirm to proceed The results page will be displayed Click on Finish to complete the process
