Purpose of the role To learn all facets of the business in readiness to assume a key residential management position in the property career stream, after graduating from the programme. This will be achieved through six month placements over two years across the business, in areas such as Fund Management, Property Management, Sales and Lettings, Development and Acquisitions. We will support your personal and professional development through this period, including your studies for APC, if applicable. The graduate programme will be for 24 months. Employment after this will be dependent on both the business need and your performance.

2 Example Placements Acquisitions Assisting with portfolio valuations, appraising and acquiring assets e.g. managing the legal process of buying and selling. Asset Management Full review of assets and make recommendations e.g. Development and refurbishment potential. Consider the market from a sales and lettings perspective and meet investor requirements. Development The delivery of development projects from assisting with planning applications through to managing the sales of units. Fund Management Identify opportunities to add value, reduce costs and improve the overall performance and returns of funds. Property Management Day to day property and facilities management including void, arrears and maintenance management and lease extensions.
