1 NTTCT Mail Hosting Service Account Management (Mail Hosting: NTT Communications (Thailand) Co., Ltd.) About This Document This document is intended to be a quick reference guide to follow for administrator to manage domain such as adding/deleting user in domain, manage alias. Login Open a web browser and go to Enter administrator username and password

2 2 After successfully login, you will see all accounts of your domain Adding New Account To add new account insert username and click on Add Account Button 2 The system will show information of each users in page, administrator can insert user s information such as password, display name, manage quota of user s account (default is 00 MB).

3 3 2 After fill information finish, click Add new account button to add new account. After you clicked add new account, new account will appear in the list.

4 4 Account/Disk space usage quota Administrator can edit quota at Quota topic. You can fill number at the blank (minimum 50 MB) 2 If your domain are limited by disk space, you would like to add account that exceed domain quota, system will show warning message as picture below.

5 5 Deleting account Administrator can select account that you would like to delete and then click at Delete button. After administrator click at delete button the account will be on the status waiting. Customer deleted accounts will be placed in a " waiting " status to prevent accidental account deleting then the deleted accounts can be recovered if it has not been purged. NTT Communications will purge the account periodically. Remark : Domain usage quota will not include waiting delete accounts.

6 6 Adding New Alias/mailing list Go to ALIAS tab and insert Alias name that you would like to add and click at Add Account button. 2 3 Adding information such as password, display name and destination. Destination must be at least address per line. 3 4 Then click at Add new Account button after that the alias account will appear in list.

7 7 After you create alias account that the alias account will appear in list. Add/Edit/Delete member in Alias Administrator can select alias account that you would like to edit. Administrator can add new alias member at Destination topic. ( per line)

8 8 After that Administrator click Modify Account to modify member of alias account. 2

9 9 After Administrator click Modify Account, new member will be added.

10 0 2 Administrator can delete alias member, check the account that would like to delete. Then click Modify Account to delete account. After click Modify Account, the account has been deleted.

11 Delete Alias Administrator can delete alias account that you would like to delete, select execute a command Then select Set Delete TRUE to delete alias account. 2 Remark: Alias account will remove immediately.

12 2 Log out If administrator would like to exit from mail admin system, click at Logout directory admin on the right top of the page to log out from system. Last update: /0/205
