3 Straight talking IT > About us Established in 1988, Computer Systems UK has steadily grown to become a 25 strong IT management company, we build, install and maintain IT systems. We strive to give our customers the latest, top quality technology efficiently and on budget. 5 Our services > What we do BUILD Getting the right tools for the job makes a big difference. Every system we build is considered and tailored to the needs of the users. We don t believe in selling you a sledge hammer to knock in a picture hook, but we ll also never sell you an under powered machine or something with a short shelf life. We only use top quality brand components and all our systems are rigorously burnt in and stress tested prior to shipping. INSTALL We can install systems, big or small, from scratch or, if suitable, we can integrate with existing systems. Either way our engineers are smart, Microsoft certified, on-time, professional, competent and discreet. We ll work to a time that s suitable with you for the minimum of disruption. MAINTAIN Maintaining your system is our top priority. Regular visits from our engineers means your system will stay right up-to-date, healthy and performing well. Maintenance visits are flexible and can be set up as little or as often as you like and can include scheduled work. UPGRADE Upgrading hardware and software is part and parcel of the IT revolution. But whether you require a hardware or software upgrade CSUK can deliver. In fact, thanks to remote access, most software upgrades can be performed remotely with little or no fuss. ADVICE CSUK is happy to provide FREE on-site consultations to discuss existing work provided by other companies, existing work provided by ourselves or any new projects you want implementing. PROGRAMME At CSUK we build custom programme applications which integrate seamlessly with their existing IT Systems, including custom databases, web applications or account integration. We are also Sage Line 50 Developers which enables us to produce programmes that read and write data directly to Sage, facilitating links to existing programs. Our developers are able to create programmes that are totally functional and integrate perfectly with external applications. Once we fully understand your requirements, we provide a detailed proposal to you covering all aspects of the design and functionality, with fixed costs and timescales for delivering the perfect solution to you. TECH SUPPORT Prevention is better than cure, but sometimes systems get sick. And when it happens getting things sorted and back up and running again is our first priority.
