6 History Detur began its operations in 1993 as a travel agency in Turkey. From the outset, Detur adopted a customer-oriented philosophy of genuine hospitality and dedicated service. And with the help of its professional employees trained to ensure full customer satisfaction, Detur became a leader in the tourism industry by From 1998 onwards, Detur expanded its activities from Turkey to various regions of Europe, and gained a reputable global identity as Detur International. The company quickly added Tunisia, Egypt and Thailand to its growing list of destinations, and today, Detur is proud to be a leading tour operator competing with world class agencies and specializing in sun-soaked vacations. 4

8 Executive Directors Firuz Baglikaya CEO & President Mr. Baglikaya has over 30 years experience in the travel business. After graduating from a Hotel and Tourism High School, he began his career in the hospitality industry as a receptionist for a Hotel in Ankara. He continued his way up in the industry with the Kavala Group of Companies, where he gained valuable experience in operating tours, coordinating sales activities and charter businesses. In 1995, he joined Detur as a General Manager, reporting directly to the Chairman of Dedeman Holding, one of Turkey s largest corporations. His responsibilities ranged from contracting to production, from sales and marketing to media planning and PR activities for Detur International, a company with a turnover of 80 million USD. In 2004, Mr.Baglıkaya became the owner and Managing Director of the Detur Group of Companies. 6 Huseyin Alpay Vice President & CFO Mr. Alpay has over 35 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, beginning his extensive career in the industry as CFO at Bodrum Tour. He also attained insight into operating tours and various aspects of travel and tourism industry. In 1998, Mr. Alpay joined the Detur Group of Companies, and became directly responsible for the perfor mance of all other branches, international and domestic. Since his promotion to Vice-President in 2000, he continues to study long-term economic trends and contemplates opportunities for expansion for the company s future growth. A. Deha Sezer General Counsel & Director Mr. Sezer has over 30 years experience in legal aspects of international economic and commercial relations and in an extensive spectrum of the legal issues pertinent to international activities, operations and investments of Turkish and foreign companies. Before joining Detur he has acted as research consultant at the United Nations, New York, as lecturer-in-law at Middle East Technical University and in-house legal counsel for major companies; has been engaged in private legal practice as member of the Turkish Bar, and has held public office at Housing Development Administration of Turkey, initially as the Senior Legal Counsel and later as Vice President. Mehmet Ahishali Managing Director / Finland Mr. Ahishali has 30 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, making him the ideal leader to run Detur s Finnish branch since its inception in Before joining detur, he has held several executive positions at travel agencies. Ahmet Denizci Managing Director / Norway Mr. Denizci has more than 35 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, and has been serving as Managing Director since Detur Norway was established in Before joining Detur, he has held several senior executive positions at high end hotels and travel agencies. Orhan Öğütgen Managing Director / Sweden Mr.Ogutgen is graduated from Akdeniz University School of Tourism&Hotel Management.He has started at Detur in 1999 as traniee.in 11 years he has different responsibilities at 4 different destinations. Sinan Önem Managing Director / Denmark Sinan Önem has over 37 years of experience in the tourism & travel industry. Before joining Detur Group, he had several senior management positions at some international companies and before coming to this position, he has had several external appointments within the Detur Group companies.

11 Group Companies Detur International B.V. incorporates all the group companies under its umbrella. The company is registered at the Trade Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam, and its principal activities are to finance, acquire, participate in, manage, and take an interest in other companies and enterprises, all for the purpose of expanding the brand. By the end of 2009, Detur International N.V. has merged with Fhame Travelers B.V. and changed its name to Detur International B.V. in order to strengthen its corporate identity, and simplify group structure. 13 Our company has been active in Finland for 12 years, and aims to become a market leader based on the choice of exotic destinations offered to the Finnish traveller. We plan to achieve this goal by adopting a customer-focused outlook and by being a risk-free company amongst our competitors thanks to our financial success and sustainable growth. Mehmet AHISHALI Managing Director FINLAND Detur began its operations in Finland in 1998 and established itself in the Finnish market via charter destinations to Turkey. Currently, it offers trips to Turkey not only from Helsinki but also from Oulu, Jyväskylä, Joensuu, Vaasa and Kuopio. Besides Turkey, Detur Finland also organizes charter travel packages to Tunisia, Egypt and Thailand. In terms of market share, Finnish people chose Detur for their vacations in This means 4% of travel packages in the Finnish market were organized by Detur, with the following breakdown by destination: approx. 30% of Finnish tourists travelling to Turkey and around 40% travelling to Tunisia chose Detur.
