GUSTAVO LOPEZ Gustavo Lopez is the Head of Distribution, Latin America for AMC Networks. Previously, he was VP and Regional Counsel, Latin America for Discovery Communications, and Senior Director, Legal Affairs for HBO Latin America. This licensed attorney brings over 15 years of industry experience and a unique perspective on both the legal and commercial elements of television distribution. JESSICA RODRIGUEZ Jessica Rodriguez is the founder of Riehl Insights, a company focused on streaming content and overall SVOD business development/sales. Previously, she was VP, Content Acquisition for Netflix, Senior VP & GM for BBC Worldwide Channels Latin America & Hispanic Market, and GM Latin America for NBC Universal. In all, her industry experience spans almost 30 years. She brings vastly informed perspectives on content development and distribution as well as the evolution of the industry as a whole.

3 LINDA ALEXANDER Linda Alexander is Co-founder and EVP Corporate Development at We Are The Mighty Network, Inc. Previously, she was EVP Communications, at Viacom International Media Networks, where she held several strategic positions, including SVP Communications & Public Affairs for MTV Latin America and SVP Public Relations & Corporate Communications, West Coast. Her industry experience spans over 20 years. She contributes vast knowledge of content creation and acquisition and experience in evaluating content. DAVID M. GALE David M. Gale is Co-founder and CEO at We Are The Mighty Network, Inc. Previously, he was President of Synchronous Media, EVP of Cross Media at MTV New Media, and EVP at MTV Films. His industry experience spans over 20 years. David is an experienced producer of film, TV and digital media projects including feature films, television, web-based projects, branded content and interactive experiences. MARK HYATT Mark Hyatt is EVP of Partnerships at We Are The Mighty Network, where he works with advertising agencies, brand partners and content creators to monetize broadcast and digital opportunities.. Previously, he was Agency Producer at NBC Sports, Line Producer at Comedy Central, and Content Producer at Radical Media. Mark has over 20 years of industry experience and a vastly diverse knowledge base.

4 NESTOR HERNANDEZ Néstor Hernández is Original Production Manager at HBO Latin America. Prior to this, he was founding partner and creative director for Koncept, a production house dedicated to development, creation and production of fiction, entertainment and documentaries for television, multimedia and social network platforms. He brings a unique perspective on content creation for mainstream markets. ANGEL ZAMORA Angel Zamora is programming manager at NBC Universal Hispanic Group / NBC Universo. Previously, he was manager, Media & Talent Relations at NBC Universal. He also founded Inimitable Entertainment, offering complete entertainment corporate operations including Distribution, Communications, Digital, Sales, Publishing, Public Relations, Event Planning and Execution, Production, Marketing and Administration. FLAVIA LIMA Flavia Lima is Field Producer, Production and Project Manager at Prosperous Productions. Previously, she lead content production and project management, aligning creative and technical teams to efficiently execute marketing strategies on digital platforms for Affiliate and Consumer Marketing of 15 channels in three languages (Spanish, Portuguese, English) for HBO, Max, and Cinemax Networks brands in Latin America.

5 TOM MUSCA Tom Musca is a veteran screenwriter, producer and director with more than three decades of experience in the film industry, Musca first captured attention as the producer and co-writer of Stand and Deliver. The popular Warner Bros. film starred Edward James Olmos, who earned an Oscar nomination, and collected six Independent Spirit Awards, including Best Picture and Best Screenplay. It is preserved in the National Film Registry of the U.S. Library of Congress. Musca has worked with a wide array of acting talent including John Cusack, James Gandolfini, CCH Pounder, Lou Diamond Phillips, Andy Garcia. Cliff Robertson, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Benicio del Toro and America Ferrera. Produced screen credits include: Columbia Pictures Little Nikita; Tortilla Soup, an Imagen Award winner; Gotta Kick It Up! for the Disney Channel; Hollywood Pictures Money For Nothing; Race, an HBO comedy; and Flight of Fancy for Showtime. DON MIZELL Don Mizell is a Grammy award winning music producer, intellectual property music attorney, and filmmaker, performing artist, radio host, air personality and public speaker. As a producer, personal manager or career consultant he has worked with iconic luminaries such as Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Herb Alpert, Grover Washington, Natalie Cole, and others. Don also won an NAACP Image Award, and wrote Stevie Wonder s acclaimed 1981 speech at the MLK Day rally in Washington DC, which led to the creation of the national holiday honoring Dr. King. He is the co-founder of the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association and wrote and coproducer of three documentary films, most recently Leadership Through Service: The Mizell Family Legacy for BECON-TV.

6 CESAR RICARDO NUÑEZ César Ricardo Núñez is a winner of five Emmy Awards. He is a producer, film director, photojournalist and creative editor. He is president and CEO of CRNFILMS Multimedia productions, president of Film Miami Fest (a non-profit film festival), and former President of the Honduran International Chamber of Commerce in Miami. Cesar graduated from Miami Dade College with a Degree in Mass Communications Journalist and a Minor in FIlm and Television. ROSE OF DOLLS Rose of Dolls is an award-winning filmmaker and the Co-director of the Bilbao Web Fest, the first and only web series festival in the Basque country. Her production company, Happy Latex created the web series Gifted Corporation has won accolades in over 15 film festivals. Rose writes, produces, directs, and acts in Gifted Corporation. She recently completed her doctorate degree with a specialization on web series. OLIVER MEND Oliver Mend is an award-winning filmmaker and the Co-director of the Bilbao Web Fest, the first and only web series festival in the Basque country. His production company, Happy Latex created the web series Gifted Corporation has won accolades in over 15 film festivals. Oliver writes, produces, directs, and acts in Gifted Corporation. He also specializes in all post-production services including editing and special effects.

7 DANIELLE SILVERMAN Danielle Silverman is President at BYL Network. This international multi-channel network features programming across an array of channels for and about: Women, Men, Money, Home & Travel, Sports & Entertainment and a Late Night Channel. She has over 20 years experience in network television programming and partnerships and has created and developed over 150 television programs airing on Lifetime Television, Food Network, ESPN, CNBC, FOX, ABC, CBS and NBC from concept to broadcast. MARK SWANSON Mark Swanson is a Digital Media consultant with extensive experience in editorial media. He worked as Director of Editorial for CBS Interactive, where he managed all content published across multiple platforms and formats, including social, to maximize unique visitors, sessions, page views and video starts. During his 20 year tenure, Mark insured content/reporting was on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice; optimized for search, mobile, and user experience. FELICIA JIMENEZ Felicia Jiminez is Web Content and Marketing Communications Specialist/ Marcom Head at Sony Latin America, where she has served in progressive strategic positions. Prior to that, she worked as a marketing associate at the Warner Channel. She brings extensive knowledge of communications, digital and media strategies, market analysis, and market segmentation techniques.
