3 3 February 2016 Business Symposium Scheduled for April 7th The Chamber will be hosting the Business Symposium in the Times Gazette Community Meeting Room on April 7th. A small admission fee of $15 for members and $25 for non-members covers lunch and priceless information from a professional in the field. The Highland Chamber originally brought the event to the county in May of The event operates on an invitation basis and provides self-esteem and interviewing skills and of course a complete make-over. "The mission of Dress for Success is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and career development tools that help them thrive in work and in life. This is a day to focus on the women that are selected to increase job searching knowledge, receive professional attire for job interviews and improve self-esteem and self-confidence. We are thankful to have had community support to provide hairstyles, make-up, lunch, workshops and self-development tools."
