Which way will you fall this autumn? We are off to a great start this year. Three new members have joined our association, and we are excited to welcome each one! I challenge the veteran members to introduce yourself to them at our next meeting. Tell them something about the color of your leaf! This year is sure to bring change. The colors of our association are definitely bright and vibrant, and we can t let the existence of change dry them out. What do you as a member of IAIG and IAIP need to water and nourish your leaf? Be sure to let myself or any other members of the executive leadership team of IAGI know so we can all grow together! Don t forget this year s challenge. Bring a guest to at least one monthly meeting. The way we get the most vibrant fall colors is to combine leaves of all colors! Remember, we are Connecting Members, Building Careers!

5 It s that time of year again! Get ready to stock your freezers with the always delicious Butter Braids! Order forms will be passed out at the September meeting. Orders will need to be turned in at the October meeting. And, butter braids will be delivered just before the Thanksgiving holiday. Keep this in mind! If you aren t able to make it to the September meeting and want an order form, contact Darlene Dardy. The Scrip Program is still available for members of IAGI. Did you remember that you pay the normal cost for the gift card and IAGI gets a certain percentage of the cost back? This is a great way to purchase your gift cards for use or gifts to others, but also contributing to the fundraising efforts of IAGI. Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Blood Cancer Awareness Month The LLS observes Blood Cancer Awareness Month every September. This helps shine light on blood cancer diseases and educated the public about resources available to blood cancer patients and their families. Feeling stressed out, a little under the weather, or need some help getting your body back into shape? Yoga is a great way to do one or all of these things! Have you ever tried yoga?
