In order to achieve that, since early 2010, WanaArtha Life has been continuously enhancing the level of services towards its customers by refurbishing its standard operational procedure based on international best practice and applying the web based technology for life insurance daily operational system. 12 Evelina Larasati Fadil, MBA, CLU, ChFC President Commissioner Evelina F. Pietruschka has been the President Director of WanaArtha Life Insurance since 1999 and since March 2011, she was appointed as the President Commissioner of WanaArtha Life. Her pace and achievements of Evelina in Life Insurance industry in Indonesia is unquestionable. She has been repeatedly appointed to chair an important position within the industry s association. In 2001 up until 2002, she has been elected as the Vice Chairman of Indonesia s Insurance Board (DAI) in which following to that assignment, in 2002 until 2005, she was appointed as the Chairman of that organization. In year 2005, Evelina was appointed as the Chairman of Indonesia s Life Insurance Association (AAJI) until 2008 and she then reappointed to chair that prestigious position for the second term in 2008 until In her time as the Chairman of AAJI, she was also trusted for another distinctive position that is chairing the Federation of Indonesia Insurance Association (FAPI) from 2007 until FAPI is the parent of National Insurance Association in Indonesia. On the ASEAN level, she is actively participated as the member of ASEAN Insurance Council (AIC) and chaired the ASEAN Committee for Insurance Education since 2006 until now. Besides formal education to Master Degree that Evelina earned from Pepperdine University of California, United States, she also had a professional degree of CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) from Singapore College of Insurance. Due to her outstanding performance in building WanaArtha Life and also keeping her pace within Life Insurance industry in Indonesia, she was nominated as one of Entrepreneur of the Year (EoY) s finalist which is conducted by Ernst & Young last This acknowledgement is awarded to Indonesian business people and perceived as the only International standard acknowledgement in Indonesia.

13 Ir. Wardono Saleh Commissioner Wardono Saleh has been the Commissioner of WanaArtha Life since He has more than 40 years professional experience in the forestry field. His career in the forestry area was started in 1960, when he joined the Bogor Forestry Plantology Bureau. He was one of the top level management when he was working for PT Pan Hutan Nusantara in He was appointed as the Director of Perhutani in 1987 until he enter a retirement age in the year His knowledge and experience in the forestry area that lead him to a senior level of management in several companies gained through his formal education. He obtained a bachelor degree of agriculture from the University of Indonesia in 1960.

14 Ariyanti Suliyanto Independent Commissioner Ariyanti was appointed as the commissioner of WanaArtha Life since March Beside sitting as the WanaArtha Life s commissioner, she is the Chairwoman of the University of Trisakti for Insurance Management (Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi Trisakti) and the Vice Chairman of the Board Committee of the Indonesian Insurance Good Corporate Governance and still actively participated as the member of the Evaluation Committee for all the Directors and Commissioners of Insurance Companies in Indonesia since 2007 and also the member of ISEA (Indonesian Senior Executive Association) since Her involvement in insurance industry has been marked since she pursued her career at Bintang Insurance, Tbk in Bintang Insurance is one of the leading general insurance in Indonesia. Her dedication and loyalty towards the company has a fruitful result. In mid 1995, she was appointed as the Finance Director of Bintang Insurance, Tbk and a year from there, in 1996, she was trusted to lead the company as the President Director. Her contribution to the insurance industry has made the Dewan Asuransi Indonesia (DAI) trusted her for a position as one of the Board of Committee for a five year period ( ). And in 2001 up until 2006, she was the Board of Committee for the Insurance Foundation in Indonesia.

Berutu, ChFC, CFP TM is WanaArtha Life s President Director since March Before appointed as the President Director of WanaArtha Life, he was the Managing Director of WanaArtha Life and successfully brought WanaArtha Life to a higher league and a growth record. His extensive experience in the Life Insurance Industry for more than 10 years has made him trusted for several top roles within the industry. Before he joined WanaArtha Life in August 2008, he was a member of Board of Directors Prudential BancBali Life Insurance later known as Prudential Life Assurance. Besides headed the Bancassurance team, he was also assigned as the liaison officer to represent Prudential to the insurance industry s community including the regulator. His role include actively contribute profession al and technical expertise represent the company on multi projects and workgroup. Start by showing his competency in this field, he was later appointed as an Executive Director for the Indonesia Life Insurance Association (AAJI) as an Executive Director in Being the Executive Director as well as the CEO for the association, he was most of the time lead and manage the major task force in which his active role and recommendations to regulators, government agencies, parliaments as well as life insurance companies are required. During his period serving AAJI, he was also appointed as the Secretary General to Federation of Indonesia Insurance Association (FAPI). Until now, he is still heading the Department of Training and Education in AAJI. Besides all mentioned positions that he was headed before, he once was chaired a Insurance Magazine called Media Asuransi (previously called Proteksi Magazine) as the Executive Director and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Retail Electronic Banking and Consumer Banking at Permata Bank (previously known as Bank Bali, tbk).

Matulatuwa Director of Risk Management & Corporate Actuary Yanes Yaneman Matulatuwa joined WanaArtha Life as a Director of Risk Management & Corporate Actuary since November His experience in the life insurance industry in Indonesia, especially in the Actuarial field, has been acquired since he began his career in 1993, in other word, his expertise in that specific areas are without a doubt. He graduated from the University of Indonesia with a Bachelor of Mathematics. Since then, a career in the insurance industry as an actuary started. First he was an Actuarial Supervisor at BDNI Life Insurance. Then later he was trusted by many life insurance companies in Indonesia like AIG Lippo, Sun Life Financial and Panin Life for important positions in the Actuarial field. Later on, in 2006 until 2009, he held the position as the Chief Actuary Country AXA Services Indonesia & Appointed Actuary to AXA Financial Services Indonesia. Before joined WanaArtha Life, he served as Associate Director, Chief Actuary and Product Development at PT CIGNA Insurance. Yanes continuous support towards Actuarial field in Indonesia s life insurance industry is also reflected in his active participation at The Indonesian Actuaries Association (PAI) and also participate in Task Force created by the Indonesia Life Insurance Association (AAJI) related to International Financial Reporting Standard especially for insurance contracts.
