3 RESENTATION Founded in 1986, in Juazeiro do Norte/CE, WR Engenharia was born with the purpose of building modern, sophisticated ventures to fulfill the expectations of the most demanding clients. Thus, Engineers Ricardo Callou and Wagner Sampaio united their expertise and created a company consolidated on credibility and excellence. Since then, WR Engenharia has conquered the market, building a solid landmark based on the best quality standards. Throughout these 27 years, the builder is responsible for various residential and business works, such as shopping malls, hotels, industries, car dealers, in addition to hospitals, gymnasiums, schools, public squares, roads, with performance in the States of the Northeast and North of Brazil. WR Engenharia has actively participated in works that are reference in civil construction. The company has already conquered certifications such as ISO 9001:2010 and PBQP-H level A, accumulating over 1,000,000m2 of built area and over 2,500 habitation units already delivered. 6 OARD OF DIRECTORS Ricardo Callou Civil Engineer graduated from the Polytechnic School of Higher Education Foundation of Pernambuco. He served as Resident Building Engineer in a large construction company in Pernambuco for 8 years. After founding WR Engenharia in 1986, with Wagner, his partner, he has acted in the role of Technical Director at the company. THE WR TEAM: PROUDLY BUILDING A SUCCESS STORY Wagner Sampaio Civil Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Pernambuco in He served as Director of the Construction Department at the Juazeiro do Norte City Administration in 1982; as a technician in the area of urban infrastructure in the project Cidades de Porte Médio do aglomerado Urbano Crajubar [Medium- sized cities of the Crajubar Urban conglomerate] in Since 1986, he has held the position of CFO at the construction company WR Engenharia Ltda, of which he is a founder-partner. 8

7 EAM WR Engenharia fosters human capital, through training actions, investment in education and improvement of its collaborators. With the program Construindo e Educando [Building and Educating], WR identifies the needs of qualification of their labor. The program assembles classrooms in the worksites, which go from elementary to high school, in addition to funding graduation and post-graduation courses. The technical board is comprised of specialized engineers, technicians in the areas of buildings and safety. The administrative area has qualified professionals specialized in various areas. Everyone is frequently going through recycling, being always up-to-date and paying attention to the market trends. The Human Resources sector works focused on competences and on employees qualifications, involving the teams and promoting labor quality campaigns. 9

October 1988 Delivered the first building bearing the WR Engenharia brand: the Ginásio Poliesportivo Juazeiro do Norte-CE. Also of note is the company s first real estate development: The Ed Portal Araripe in Juazeiro do Norte-CE. May 1993 WR Engenharia branch established in the city of Fortaleza. January 1995 Portal Park Building is the first work to be incorporated by WR Engenharia in Fortaleza. 1996/1997 Construction of Cariri Shopping Center in Juazeiro do Norte-CE. November 1986 Signed the first building contract. WR Engenharia starts its trajectory. September 1990 WR Engenharia accelerates its expansion. Inauguration of the Pernambuco branch. Execution of the first works outside the State of Ceará. WR Engenharia builds a Volkswagen car Dealership in Belo Jardim, Pernambuco January 1994 First building contract executed in Fortaleza. Volkswagen Dealership (Jotacar). October 1996 WR Engenharia celebrates 10 years of business. 1998/1999 First major WR Engenharia project completed in Fortaleza: Expansion of the Aldeota Shopping Mall. 10

9 2000 Maracanaú Shopping Center is erected by WR Engenharia in Maracanaú-CE. In partnership with the Caixa Econômica Federal, WR Engenharia constructs over 1,000 PAR (Rent-to-Own Federal Project) houses, delivering homes to more than 1,000 families. WR Engenharia participates in its first Casa Cor-CE Third year at Casa Cor-CE. WR Engenharia subsidiary established a in the State of Paraíba. 160 apartments are completed in an habitation set First structure commences works in Maceió-AL. Mirantes do Farol is concluded. Second year at Casa Cor-CE WR Engenharia is ready to expand into Maceió (State of Alagoas) and start selecting the prime real estate to implement its ventures Certification ISO 9001 and PBQP-H The biggest venture in Cariri, Mansão Cariri, is launched, and becomes a successful case due to having been 100% sold still in the pre-launch phase. In Fortaleza, Verdi, a high-standard venture close to the University of Fortaleza, is launched In 2012, Reserva Castelli is launched in the neighborhood of Monte Castelo Fortaleza/ CE. The venture is one of the most complete in the region. The Condominium has 299 apartments and over 20 leisure items, the biggest and best entertainment area in the neighborhood. 11

10 LACES OF PERFORMANCE ORTALEZA In the capital of Ceará, WR Engenharia has already fulfilled the dream of many families, with the delivery of residential units fulfilling the best quality standards. In addition to that, 8 years ago, the company holds a partnership with Casa Cor - Ceará, an edition of the State of Ceará of the biggest architecture and decoration event in the Americas. UAZEIRO DO NORTE The city is the place of birth of WR Engenharia. Big ventures have already been delivered on the date forecasted, and many shall be launched. WR delivers all it promises. 11 ACEIÓ The condominium Mirantes do Farol has its constructions well in advance, in a traditional neighborhood in the city. ACAPÁ RAPIRACA WR Engenharia works to deliver in 2013 a shopping center with big stores already confirmed. In 2011, WR Engenharia won the bidding for executing the biggest shopping center in the countryside of Alagoas, Pátio Arapiraca Garden Shopping. 13
