Develop methodology for discovering combinations of predictors, including high-dimensional imaging and functional data, for placebo response in clinical trials of antidepressants Develop a placebo and drug response classification methodology based on machine learning techniques while incorporating high dimensional imaging and functional baseline predictors 09/ /2013: Research Assistant at Department of Biostatistics, UM. Advisor: Dr. Timothy D. Johnson. Extension of the current methodology for the hierarchical Poisson/Gamma random field models for multi-type spatial point patterns.
