The PMO will implement a standard approach for all project managers to prepare and communicate project status information within CA PPM. 19

Cultural Impacts The biggest risk when implementing CA PPM can be poor adoption due to cultural impacts Take the time to generate a list of possible cultural impacts Example: Status Reporting Moving from flexible tools and timelines to a fixed approach and reporting cycle Poor visibility into project data in current reporting cycle to realtime transparent live data 23
