Our objective is to identify the critical functional requirements, rather than simply repeating and building on what has been done in the past. 10 Key Success Factors A number of critical success factors need to be considered for this project including: Ease of Use This applies to administration and configuration as well as the business or management of end-users. Must provide clear, intuitive interfaces that leverage current graphical and visualization technologies. Full Contextualization track and maintain assets and a GIS Service provider platform, also used to maintain assets. Performance near real-time visibility into the assets from an enterprise and field level perspective; as such it requires capabilities to analyze and visualize Assets data. Slide 10
