1 College Goals The college goals, outcomes and metric are described below. Threads to be incorporated throughout the document (horizontal threads) include: Technology, Celebrations/Honors, Interprofessional Collaboration, Student Centeredness, Diverse Perspectives, Evidence-Based Approach, and the respective AACN Essentials. Goal 1 To cultivate a culture of professional excellence in a college climate of mutual respect, trust and organizational effectiveness. Faculty development is focused on teaching, scholarship, service, & practice Documentation of individual faculty development plans Meets criteria for rank and/or advancement Faculty, Department Chairs, APT Committee Faculty and students will engage in professional nursing education to achieve student learning outcomes Pre-licensure students will achieve 95% of national NCLEX pass rates, employment rates, and student/employer satisfaction Graduate students (other than CNL) will achieve 90% on national certification, employment rates, and student/employer satisfaction Fully implement established policies regarding professional conduct and ethics.
