This is triggered for customers that have the Back to Back option set to Yes on the customer file. You cannot create an order for a sales order that already has a purchase order. It includes full drill down to transaction history where posted data such as, project codes, references, invoice numbers and descriptions can be edited. It is no longer necessary to credit invoices due to keying errors. For example, if two part numbers have been created for the same stock item, this simple routine enables the items to be brought together under one common code. 11 Credit Hold Utility This utility checks customers for outstanding balances, puts them on credit hold if they have a balance over a certain figure, and checks for invoices older than a certain number of days.
