2 NEW STOCK LOCK Update July 2015 TML STOCK LOCK Inaccurate stocks can be a nightmare for successful Opencart web stores. It is well documented that there are issues with maintaining accurate stocks using Opencart though TML removes this challenging issue auditing and managing stock. For greater levels of stock accuracy TML creates and manages its own LOCKED STOCK LEVELs, it monitors and synchronises opencart stock overwriting any stock errors which may occur from abandon, cancelled and refunded orders and also third party extensions which might be incorrectly editing your stocks. Only after products are successfully DISPATCHED / ADDED or REPLACED by TML is stock level edited, ALL changes to TML STOCK is recorded within a STOCK CHANGE REPORT which can be downloaded from the extension home page. Two NEW Stock Reports are now included free within TML logging all stock changes created through the Opencart Dashboard or during stock taking, download all changes or a complete stock count list.

5 ORDERS PICK ORDERS Pick Order from view in Dispatch or work from Printed Invoice. Order view on Dispatch is restricted based on Order Status, orders can only be picked after Status changes (or is overridden) to fully paid, so that goods do not get shipped which are unpaid. Touch the Product image for full screen view, helps picker find items faster, requires almost no training. Use any Windows Based Touch screen Tablet or PC to run the application, for best results add a Bluetooth barcode scanner. Manual tick to confirm PICKED or locked scan to confirm PICKED mode. 6 DISPATCH Keeping the cost of packaging and shipping DOWN (small parcel up to 1kg 1.99) in any online business is the key to profit. View and dispatch single or consolidate multiple PICKED orders. Currently we estimate a single dispatch terminal with one operator can easily pack and dispatch upwards of 200+ order/ parcels each 8 hour shift. Clearly this depends on the picking range and packaging solution used. We have also tested the dispatch solution with a two man pick and pack team using just one dispatch station, the results, as expected halved the overall dispatch time. Otherwise you should stop using the SOFTWARE and remove its files from your machine to avoid copyright infringement. 3.
