3 Overview This is the Oracle Health Sciences Patient Recruiter Cloud Service, Services Description ( Schedule ) to the Customer s service under the HSGBU Software as a Service Ordering Document ( Ordering Document ) that references this Schedule. This Schedule provides a high-level overview to the Customer for the offering listed in the Ordering Document. Further details of the Services are shared at the outset of an engagement. The Services described herein are part of the services provided under the terms of the Ordering Document. This Schedule is subject to change at Oracle s discretion; however, Oracle will not materially reduce the level of Services provided under this Schedule for the duration of the initial Services Period defined in the Ordering Document. Oracle Health Sciences Network Patient Recruiter Cloud Service ( PR Service ) Overview Scope The Services described herein apply to users of the PR Service accessing the applications within Oracle s Health Sciences Cloud ( OHSC ). Customer must be current Oracle Health Sciences Network Protocol Validator Cloud Service ( PV Service ) customers with Oracle for the duration of the PR Services term. Customer will only have access to the data of third party customers of Oracle Health Sciences Network Data Management Cloud Service ( DM Service ) who authorize Customer to access their data ( Data Management Third Parties ). The PR Service allows Customer to: Continue beyond the process of protocol modeling, feasibility, and validation and proceed into the phase of patient recruitment Share a Protocol criteria set with the Data Management Third Parties, when it is ready for patient recruitment Ability to recall shared Protocol criteria set for recruitment to make any edits if needed Obtain a unique ability to look across the entire Data Management Third Parties systems for patients who qualify for the clinical study No environments are provisioned as part of the Services. Oracle responsibilities and obligations required for delivery of the Services are described below for each applicable service element. When Oracle is responsible for performing a task or obligation the indication is provided in the tables of each section using the following key: O Responsible Party Oracle 1.2. Customer Obligations Oracle s ability to perform the Services depends upon the fulfillment by the customer of the following obligations and the following project assumptions: Customer is solely responsible for procuring, managing and maintaining Customer-owned infrastructure at Customer s site. Customer is also solely responsible for acquiring and maintaining Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity between Customer s site and Oracle s Data Center. Customer responsibilities and obligations required for delivery of the Services are described below for each applicable service element. Services The Services consist of the following activities Data Access Management Services Data Access Management Services address the capabilities including software and hardware required to permit the Customer to access the PR Services and to share a saved protocol criteria set with the Data Management Third Parties for patient recruitment purposes Obligations Task # Task Responsible Party 1 Capability to share a previously entered protocol criteria set with the Data Management Third Parties for the purpose of patient recruitment O 2 Share protocol with Data Management Third Parties to perform recruitment C 3 Use PV Service only for patient recruitment purposes C Assumptions Customer must be current Oracle s PV Service customer for the duration of the PR Services term 1.4. Oracle Cloud Policies The Services are subject to the Oracle Cloud for Industry Hosting and Delivery Policies document, which is part of the Service Specifications of Your order and may be viewed at Disaster Recovery Specifications The Recovery Time Objective (RTO) is 90 days. The Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is 48 hours Target System Availability Level The Target System Availability Level is ninety-nine percent (99%).
