Blackstone s Oracle-based SaaS application called Trellis is a comprehensive and highperformance solution designed for the natural gas transportation management industry. THE CHALLENGE: TRANSITIONING TO THE CLOUD The goal of Blackstone Technology Group was to assist their clients large-scale conglomerates in the natural oil and gas industry to transition from onpremise networks to a managed hosting environment. Blackstone s clients required a company that could assure maximum uptime and optimum security, in addition to 15-minute RPO (Recovery Point Objective) and 2-hour RTO (Recovery Time Objective). 9 CASE STUDY: INSPYRUS CLIENT OVERVIEW Inspyrus provides invoice automation systems for small, medium, and large global enterprises, with a particular emphasis on clients utilizing ERP (enterprise resource planning) software. THE CHALLENGE: RACKSPACE WASN T PROVIDING THE SERVICE INSPYRUS NEEDED One of the greatest concerns of Inspyrus and their customer base is security. As an invoice automation specialist, Inspyrus requires a secure hosting provider. Information typically flows from their hosted data center to their customer s data center, so security of that data is an absolute necessity.
